> 3 dayDogs commonly tend to cross boundaries, especially if they have companions to play around. Our Gunner is 5 year old American Labrador retriever. He has lots of friends around and sometimes we don’t see him for hours. We did not consider a chain as viable option, so I was looking for a containment system to make our dog to stay home. This dog fence is a beautiful device with customizable boundary setting options and a warning intensity options per the dogs size. It comes with a user friendly instruction manual. If you have more than one dog, you need to buy a separate unit for each dog, accordingly. Once the parameter for the warning systems boundary and intensity is set, you need to start with training the dog to respond to the signal. Good news – the training guide with video is also included! It took for about a week to train the Gunner to respect the signal, and we were able to use the system without any supervision.I like that the device is portable which means we can easily take it when we visit my parents. You set up it once and it will automatically link with GPS next time. After using it for 2 weeks, I noticed that GPS may have 2-3 yards location error which is usually insignificant.

> 3 dayPurchased this product for additional training for 8 month old puppy. We dont have a fenced in yard and this has been beneficial in helping her learn her boundaries. She also has a bad habit of cleaning up after her big brothers and this collar is helping to curb that craving. I love that this collar has the three training options with the tone, the vibrate and the shock and the different intensity level offered. She is learning very quickly and we have not even used the shock level. Also with the 2 channels, theres opportunity to train two dogs with the same remote.

Greater than one weekBought this item Friday and it arrived Sunday. The packaging was minimal and easy to follow instructions. The training device and remote both have rechargeable batteries, it takes two hours each and everything is included. The device has three options to choose from for training- beeps, vibrate, and shock with a 1 to 9 intensity level. It comes with two sizes for the contact points. I have a thick haired 6 month old Alaskan Malamute and unfortunately he did not respond to any of the levels of vibration or shock. Our shorter haired dog would respond but isnt the one that needs it. I would highly recommend this product for shorter haired dogs. It was a great price and very easy to use.

22-04-2025So this my second one (training collar) in a few months. My first one was okay the reason why i hated it was the strap that came with it to put on my dogs neck would never stay in place. So it was pointless after a few hours it was off my pups neck. The Collar with the wholes. The strap has several wholes and the devices just screw on threw whole making it secure and stays in place A LOT better. I highly recommend this training collar. Great price and and great collar. It dose also with a second collar. with some wholes already punched but not enough for my little pups neck so we will not be using it. great as a back up collar . BUT RECOMMEND USING THE Black/ Grey collar first. you will thank me later !!!

> 3 dayIt does what it claims & eliminates most orders but the one drawback is that the scent is to strong for cats, especially if your cats litter box has a lid on it like mine. So I have to leave the lid off for a few hrs, then & only then is it safe to put the lid back on otherwise she goes on the floor instead of inside the litter box.

Greater than one weekI really hope I don’t come back and update my review bc this collar is everything I’ve been wanting! We have 160 acres of farmland but my lab chooses to go to the neighbors and getinto their livestock food. I was able to make the center point wherever I wanted and big enough so he could still roam our property but not go over to the neighbors house. It does lose signal when he goes into our barns or house but once he’s back outside it takes a minute or two to find the signal and starts working again. I also like that you can choose vibrate only or shock only or both. Because I read some reviews about inconsistent shockings I left it on vibrate only just in case it happens but my big old lab who’s a baby would respond to just a beep. I took him over the line and once he heard the beep and vibrate he high tailed it back to his barn. Hopefully it keeps working! **EDIT** I’m back 2 weeks later :( it’s a really good concept when it works, but we have to keep resetting the location. Every time he goes into the barn it loses signal and then when he comes out it says he’s 200 some feet from the central point and won’t stop vibrating and beeping, which I’m sure is really confusing to him. He’s only supposed to get beeped when he goes to a certain point. How is he supposed to learn if he’s getting beeped randomly throughout the yard? Returning :(
