The battery doesnt last very long and it does freeze up every now and then. Other than that it is a really nice laptop

If you bought this with 16GB RAM, 4GB is already set for Vega3 graphics in BIOS which you can adjust to your liking. Nice Laptop. But it does not have 16 gb of RAM. Just 12 gb. That is a lie and it is not right. The others specifications are corrects.

Bought this to replace an ancient Lenovo laptop. This is not a daily use machine, but one I carry down to our winter home, and use under the stars when out with a telescope. As such, most of what I’ve done with it has been loading the necessary software for both uses. Have been satisfied with the system so far.

I like the size & weight. Colors on the screen are bright. I am pleased. Out tech guy who transferred xata from my old laptop to this ASUS was really impressed. He may buy one for himself.

My daughter was able to get this computer for her college classes with her financial aid. Very thin, light weight especially when a student is carrying lots of books, she is quite happy that she found it.

It’s very sad to receive none working laptop and to wait almost a month till items picked up and refund back payment. It’s bad experience

Battery life is bad the screen is pretty good everything is good although it is really slow sometimes on startup really strange sometimes its just fine but sometimes its really glitchy brand new out of the box
