> 3 dayDespite what the other guy said, my computer came in and the first thing I checked to see was if the specs matched. I ordered one with 16gbb of ram. I got one that has 20gbb of ram with 18 of it being usable. So this passed my expectations! For ssd, mine says 238 as well but you have to remember the computer itself needs to use some of that space for the operating system, and other preinstalled things. So although it says 256, only 238 is available to you to use. But for the price this is still really good!! Its fast, the screen is decent. The keyboard is spaced out nicely as well. The mouse pad is very responsive and doesnt feel flimsy. The overall build feels good. If I have any issues Ill update this

> 3 dayBought this to replace an ancient Lenovo laptop. This is not a daily use machine, but one I carry down to our winter home, and use under the stars when out with a telescope. As such, most of what I’ve done with it has been loading the necessary software for both uses. Have been satisfied with the system so far.

Greater than one weekGood quality, sometimes have a hard time opening it with its small screen top, but otherwise very good and lightweight laptop for school work and light gaming. Sometimes I do complain though because the screen is specific to certain angles for viewing shows.

> 3 dayI bought this laptop a little over a month ago and since having it 2 keys have popped off just while I was typing and I am unable to pop them back on. They do not look broken, they just wont go back on and it is super frustrating. I reached out to the seller and did not hear back. Has anyone else had a problem with their keys popping off while typing? If so, any feedback on how to reattach them would be greatly appreciated!

> 3 dayI was needing a new laptop for work purposes and purchased this one, as it had the minimum requirements needed for my job and was able to arrive before the start of the new week. I had an Asus when I was in college, so I thought this would be a good buy. However, upon opening the package and beginning to set it up, it would not boot up. It immediately froze on the startup Asus screen. After nearly an hour, I attempted to reboot it, only for it to freeze again on the Asus screen with the additional message “Preparing Automatic Repair.” Ummm.... why would a brand new laptop straight out of the box need to do a repair?!?

> 3 dayThe seller got the item sent to us very quickly and in time for Christmas. So far, the laptop appears decent, although I’ll update this review if that changes. It came with 20GB ram rather than the 16GB advertised (yay) but only 238GB hard drive rather than the 256GB advertised (boo). I think they got confused by the way that memory works - the computer has 254,930,128,896 bytes, which may have looked to them as being 255GB but megabytes have 1024 bytes in them rather than 1000 bytes, so it’s not. Still, it’s more than enough storage for our needs, so I’ll let it go.
