owned one of the prior year laptop strix scar, basically the same look and hardware base minus the updated graphics card, processor, and screen. The only flaw i noticed with these laptops is that the charging cable starts to become unfunctional after a year or so and replacements barely last a year due to minor movements with the laptop, sometimes im away at my desk and like to use it that way while its charing which contributes to the wear and tear of the cable which i barelly tug on it or at all.

Me gusto mucho, es potente y he probado juegos pero desde el inicio ocurre un problema que si se va a hibernacion el indicador de bateria se pone en anarajado parpadeando y ya no puedes volver a usarla, debes apagar con el boton de apagado presionado 5 segundos, si no guardaste informacion ya la perdiste ya que no avisa.

The battery lasts about an hour, but you have to think, for the type of hardware this machine has, it lasts quite long. I wouldnt have it any other way. I love playing SWTOR on it. I use it for everything. Good laptop, would buy again if I needed to.

Excelente para los juegos

This is my second ASUS laptop. The 1st ASUS Zen lasted 1 year before the keyboard lighting quit and the audio went on the blink. I thought Id have better luck with this expensive ROG Strix Scar, however, on or about Feb 15, 2023 (about 45 days after taking delivery from Amazon.com), I started receiving a BIOS warning the battery was low and to plug in the adapter. Each time the battery had at least 45 percent power. I could eventually log in after ignoring the BIOS warning and turning off the computer a few times. I cant return this very expensive system to Amazon.com; the return expiration was Feb 6, 2023 (30 days)...Im very upset I paid about $2K for this product in good faith and now after only 45 days (probably used a total of 60 hours), its junk! Now I have to invest my time trying to contact and work with ASUS customer support (a headache in the past). I do not recommend buying an ASUS Zen or ROG Strix Scar computer.

Not sure what happened but everything is great but my touch pad bottom right corner is sticking up, I just had this laptop for a week, I’m thinking sending it back for a replacement. Anyone has this problem. Thanks

I just received my 2023 ROG STRIX G16 and there is no number pad. WTH?!? I spent a month reviewing laptops and chose this one because I wanted the performance without the large keyboard with number pad on the side. I chose this one because it is advertized as having the number pad built into the mouse pad and it DOES NOT!
