I typically do not write bad reviews but when a new laptop fails after just under 2 years I have to inform the public. I typically get at least 3 to 4 years out if a laptop and this unit unexpectedly just stopped working in September of 2021 and was purchased in January of 2000. I cannot seem to find help or support anywhere for this laptop on the Amazon site which is even more upsetting. Stay away!

The hardware specs are the lowest end of gaming processors in 2020. But this laptop actually delivers better than expected performance out of these components in terms of FPS, temperature, and no major bottlenecks. HOWEVER, there is a lot of case flex which leads to fans becoming deafeningly noisy. Its definitely not durable or light enough to call it a laptop. Its more like a desktop laptop hybrid - a laptop youd keep plugged in a home. For this reason, I returned this laptop due to fan issues, and I assembled my own desktop PC for half the price and double the framerate.

bought this for my daughter for getting good grades. the RGB backlit keyboard is a cool feature though not as tactile as I would like but she loves it. monitor is super bright. it can get a tiny bit loud when moderately gaming. the battery life seem to hold a decent charge for most of the day when just on and about 2.5 hours when playing Minecraft.

Had issue with first units wifi card. Was handled quickly, no issues with second unit after replacment. Price is a bit high for what it is. Over all build quality is nice. Screen seems to be the focus as its marketed as 120hz the normal 60hz. Sad part is unless games settings are turned down you cant hit that 120 mark. Recommend getting a second stick of ram and also looking into more storage for it. If caught on deal recommend buy.
