I got this Laptop as a Christmas gift from my wife. Opened it on 12/26/19 and less than a month in, I am having issues. The GPU is having issues and I cant even play games because I am getting a LoadLibrary error which is saying that the graphics driver needs to be updated but it is up to date and still getting this issue. I should not being having an issue for only having it lessthan a month and I only play on the weekends since I work during the week. So its not like Ive worn it out already. It worked fine for the first few weeks. It played well on all games (except Rainbow six siege and EFT, it would not load me into either game, I would get kicked out). But ultimately I am returning this laptop and hoping to get a better one that wont have this issue.

This laptop has performance and heating issues. Laptop does not perform unless it is plugged in & turbo mode is activated(the mode isnt even available unless the laptop is plugged in, so no solution there either), which feeds into the heating issue where the laptop isnt running unless its burning a hole into my lap or my desk. The fans are so loud that mics pick that sound up over my voice constantly. Theres also a bunch of junk that comes installed I cant get rid of. Huge waste of money, super disappointed,

This is a great laptop and so far its been playing all the games Ive thrown at at the highest quality. The price was pretty reasonable, but I did have to buy more RAM and another hard drive due to the SSD not having a lot of free space. Windows 10 starts up fast and so far hasnt had any issues. I highly recommend getting this laptop.

Purchased this laptop after my high end Alienware burned out around a year ago. Needed a quick and cheap replacement in a hurry for school and found it on sale for $650. I dont regret it one bit.

Fantastic laptop at this price range....

The Laptop worked alright for playing some new AAA titles such as Warzone. Ran on everything Very Low and Motion Blur Disabled. Got around 50-60 FPS. But... After 2-3 Weeks of having the Laptop it stopped working out of no where. Wouldn’t turn on at all. Called ASUS they tried too help me through the process and giving me steps doing a hard restart and a few other things with the machine. Nothing worked! Gave it 2 Days and it turned back on when I tried. Thought it was fixed was so HAPPY. Then I shut it down and next morning I tried too turn it on too do some work for my classes and it wouldn’t turn on. I wouldn’t suggest buying this Laptop at all. Going through the return process at the moment.

Buena laptop mas si la encuentras a un buen precio yo la compre como a 14 mil, lo unico malo son las temperaturas se calienta mucho y eso afecta el rendimiento

Best laptop for its price and extremely upgradeable. Works great for gaming and everything else. Very impressed. I did add max the ram out to 32 GB and add a second 1tb for storage. However it worked great before that, I already had the parts so just added them which made it a super computer. You can do the same for fairly cheap.
