Good quality for the price

I own the Asus Rog, love it as far as my own personal computer. I purchased this for my work computer and am amazed by the quality, durability, and specs of this system. Granted it came with 8GB RAM, 4GB fixed, and 4GB stick. Easy fix and installation, I purchased a G.Skill 16GB 2400MHz DDR4 SO-DIMM Laptop Memory Module (CL16) 1.20V PC4-19200 Ripjaws DDR4 Series, installed it, and now have 20GB RAM. Highly recommend this if youre looking for a great budget computer or lite gaming system, Its not a Rog, so dont expect to be able to play high-end games.

I purchased the ASUS Vivobook 15 laptop for my grandson but received nothing but grief. The laptop keeps cutting off. I reached out to the sellers and after almost 2 hours of trying different scenarios under their guidance, the laptop is still cutting off when in use. I have bought laptops from other brands online and have never encountered a problem. I AM TOTALLY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!

This laptop was plagued by Blue Screen startup failures. Support has failed to provide a solution. I will need to figure out my own solution I guess. Avoid this laptop if you do not want to deal with Blue Screen of Death. (Nobody likes Blue Screen of Death)

el computador esta bien en todos los aspectos pero lo único malo es que al exigirle algo pesado como un juego o un render 3d se calienta mucho.

Easy setup and easy to use

Nice computer didnt start using it until January after Christmas loaded it up with Microsoft Office and within a few days the Wi-Fi slowed way down. Had an IT Pro look at it. Thought it was a bad card. Sent it back. Very good customer service but they said it was OK. Received after repair. Still no wifi connection. Cus. Serv. told me to do a factory reset. It now works fine. Microsoft update 20H2 broke it. Its so sad that excellent products like this laptop are being destroyed by Microsofts desire to own your computer.

Feels good, looks good, very compact to be 15,6 inches display, sounds good too, the only thing I would note is the cooling system is quite poor, this laptop has such powerful hardware that would need a better cooling fan. And I would like to thank DHL to be extremely fast with shipment, it only took 3 days from USA to Chile, arrived april 7th with an estimated of april 21st, very good

Working as expected, speed is OK and have not had any problems. I only use it for basic computing, word processing and internet surfing; I am not a gamer. I did not get the touchscreen version.
