I had sent the laptop for repair because of a problem with the camera.

I am just a casual computer surfer, so all I really want is something that lets me be online and have a few things running at the same time. This computer is perfect for all that I need. However, there are 3 things that I do not like.

This computer has failed entirely 3 times in the first year and Ive been without it for months at a time while Asus has tried to fix it. Save yourself the trouble and dont buy it.

I wanted a laptop for word processing, excel, internet on the go. This hits the mark. Its lightweight, fast, and feels well constructed. Its biggest weak point is the sound, which sounds kind of muffled and weak. Its acceptable quality. Battery might be less than expected at about 2 to 2.5 hours off the hook. I got in on sale for $400, however. I dont think Id pay more than that.

I love my new laptop! Its fast, light, convenient for on the go!. Its super fast. The screen is clear and not bluelight blinding!

A very complete PC for its price withstands basic use in video editing and at the gaming level

I love this laptop! Its very fast and responsive. I ordered a Ryzen 7 with 8gb ram. Its a nice everyday use type laptop. If you plan to do some gaming, it can support light gaming only. I play Life After and its alright. Although, its not the fastest when loading things within the game. Overall, its still an awesome fast laptop for web- surfing and doing school work. Definitely a great buy

I have had another Asus laptop since 2013, which in that time was very good in terms of light-weighted, fast CPU and high memory capacity. so I ordered this one for my wife, and I am so happy that this one is even more light-weighted (about 3 pounds!!! so exciting!), also this one has a better battery life and real full HD screen.
