> 3 dayReceived the laptop to find that every component was incorrect. It had 4gb of ram instead of 8, the weakest intel cpu I have ever seen instead of the AMD Quad Core R7-3700U, 57 gb of storage instead of 512, and integrated intel gpu instead of the AMD Radeon Vega 10. I will change my rating if the seller fixes this mistake.

Greater than one weekThin light and fast. Great choice for a laptop. Asus products rarely disappoint as is the case here again.

Greater than one weekA great bargain for a mid-level laptop. I went with the Ryzen 7 model, since my main use for this laptop is working on reports, dashboards, etc. The screen to body ratio is fantastic, along with the backlit keyboard. Tactile feel of the keys is nice, and I love the fingerprint reader. The only downside I dislike is the USB C port does not push video.

Greater than one weekI bought several of these instead of using chrome books for my kids school year. I am totally impressed with the quality of Asus products. All of them booted up, the screens were perfect, and they updated themselves flawlessly. These are nicer than the price commands. They have decent dedicated graphics and will last for years before I need to upgrade.

> 3 dayPurchased this for a gift for my teen and this is maybe the best laptop she has had before! One of her favorite features is that she can actually play her roblox on it! The keyboard lights up which is a plus for her and plus I use it time to time! Also very good price compared to the others. You will be pleased. Good for gaming and working if home.

> 3 dayI wanted a laptop for word processing, excel, internet on the go. This hits the mark. Its lightweight, fast, and feels well constructed. Its biggest weak point is the sound, which sounds kind of muffled and weak. Its acceptable quality. Battery might be less than expected at about 2 to 2.5 hours off the hook. I got in on sale for $400, however. I dont think Id pay more than that.

> 3 dayAsus is the worst company for hardware and customer service. Bought a gaming laptop and a month out of warranty the motherboard goes bad and the computer won’t work while plugged in. Asus won’t do anything for it. They want me to pay to have it shipped in and repair for 2/3 the cost I paid for the laptop. Crap customer service. Won’t buy another asus again
