I had problems with computer crashing, mouse issues, Audio device, Bluetooth. I think I got a lemon, on top of that had to pay to return the item to vendor. I understand paying shipping or restocking for something that is my own fault. but not for a defective item.

All is good. I did receive a full refund from Proelectronics. Thank you.

I ordered and received this laptop in late February and have found decent performance through using it for Uni assignments. However, my device came with a semi-functioning H-key. Sometimes tapping it prints an H, sometimes nothing, requiring multiple attempts (keystrokes) to type the letter H. I am putting up with it just for now but I am already seeking a different PC. Just remember, you get what you paid for and although I have found decent performance in small time tasks like MSOffice other areas are not so good.

Works great, came in with no damage, great resolution, using for gaming and other basic things! Bought 2 at the same time, one for myself and the other for my fiancee! We couldnt be happier!

I havent had time to do much more than the initial setup, but so far Im very pleased. Not being a computer whiz, I can only say everything appears to work as described. The picture is vibrant. The keyboard is comfortable. Speed is very good. I am hoping this ASUS will be as good as my previous ASUS. So far I am pleased.

This is one of the best laptops you can get for this price range, so I was disappointed when I had to return it. It has a great CPU and can handle light gaming. The one thing that is making me return this is the fan noise. It is obnoxiously loud. I thought I would get used to it, but after a couple weeks of using it, it still gets on my nerves. I understand that laptops will have some fan noise during use, but this isnt just some white noise in the background. There is a high-pitched whistling that makes it even more distracting. I would never be able to go anywhere in public with this laptop. If fan noise doesnt bother you, then this is a great laptop. Otherwise, buy something else.

After only 7 months, my computer died! Laptop will not come on anymore despite charging and attempting to reboot.

I love this laptop! Its very fast and responsive. I ordered a Ryzen 7 with 8gb ram. Its a nice everyday use type laptop. If you plan to do some gaming, it can support light gaming only. I play Life After and its alright. Although, its not the fastest when loading things within the game. Overall, its still an awesome fast laptop for web- surfing and doing school work. Definitely a great buy

Buen equipo, rápido y funcional dentro de las capacidades. Me falta comprobar el servicio técnico pues la tarjeta de wi-fi tiene un pequeño problema que espero resuelvan como debe ser. La asistencia inicial por el representante de Asus fue buena pero no resolvió el problema.
