> 24 hourCheap. For whatever reason, this computer keeps uninstalling things, unsyncing itself from my cloud and drive accounts, and the fingerprint login stopped working saying it couldnt recognize my finger anymore. pretty sure my fingers didnt change. Was all running fine own and then I woke up one morning to find it had reset itself to previous settings and basically uninstalled everything. It wasnt a virus or malware- I ended up having it looked at in a repair place. Ultimately, cheap, unreliable, and i would never buy again. Havent been impressed with my other Asus products either, tbh.

> 24 hourI like the product but this is the second seller on Amazon that has backlit keyboard in the description yet in fact it does not have a backlit keyboard. These sellers waste every bodies time and somebodys money on returns. Why not tell the truth? Talk about a pandemic. The Gaslighting non truth telling pandemic is out of control.

> 24 hourIt was delivered quickly and has been working well. It is lightweight and easy to use. I miss some of the features of my old laptop but this works fine for the price. No defects were observable. Its a pity it has no avg port and I will now have to buy an HDMI cable to use with multimedia projector. The battery life is not that long. It has to be charged within 4-6 hours of being in use. The inbuilt mouse works but causes a little strain on my finger. I need to get used to it. It does not come with a touch screen. When using the camera it does look a little hazy but the same video viewed on my phone seems brighter. I am not a techy, so as long as it works, I am ok.

> 24 hourSuper useful for my tasks. Im a lightweight programmer and it is the perfect fit for small/medium size projects. Poor speakers and screen quality but totally worth the money. Super fast booting and opening softwares. Nice battery life

> 24 hourComputer is good for my needs. Fast enough etc.. My problem is that when I connect it to an external monitor (TCL TV) via HDMI cable it often crashes and I have to hold down the power button and restart it in order to get it back up and working. I have looked at all the settings and everything seems OK with them and I have tried a different HDMI cable but it still crashes. It also shuts down instead of going to sleep sometimes. The startup screen says In Search of Excellence. I guess they need to keep searching.

> 24 hourThe battery life out of the box seems like 5.5 hrs, but in reality is approx 3 hrs if light user

> 24 hourThis great looking laptop is a value choice while still getting low weight and descent performance (SSD and I3 processor). The back-lit keyboard and nice screen (1920 x 1080) were appreciated touches for the primary user; my son. I like the ASUS brand generally.
