> 3 dayWorked fine for 2 months, THEN, I started getting white screens, called Amazon, they would not refund my entire payment, talked to company where it had come from, they woudnt do anything about it. Talked to ASUS, they were terrible to deal with. I rerturned the product and lost money. This was a faulty product and I lost money, no more ASUS product for this guy.

Greater than one weekJuly 2021 Review: Just after the 1 year warranty expired, the hinge completely failed. There was no tension in the hinge that kept the laptop screen upright so it kept folding. I youtubed how to repair it but then I made the hinge too tight. Its several weeks later and now the screen keeps shutting off such that I can hardly get it to stay on at all. Today I am buying a new laptop. I will never buy another ASUS product. See my below review of the problems I had when I first bought this laptop

> 3 dayI like the product but this is the second seller on Amazon that has backlit keyboard in the description yet in fact it does not have a backlit keyboard. These sellers waste every bodies time and somebodys money on returns. Why not tell the truth? Talk about a pandemic. The Gaslighting non truth telling pandemic is out of control.

> 3 dayI purchased two of these for my kids and within the first few months the power supply failed on one of them and after a troublesome repair process leaving my child without a laptop for weeks it was finally repaired. As I should have expected the moment the warranty expired the second laptop bricked. The repair amount? $355! absurd. Ill never buy ASUS again.

> 3 dayLet me preface this review by saying Im a middle aged retired woman. This computer is perfect for what I need. I surf the web, do a little research and maybe stream a movie or TV show occasionally. I do not game at all. This computer boots and searches very quickly. It is also quite light and slim. Easy on my wrists when lifting. It does have the quirks of S mode but Ive adjusted with no real whining. The major quirk was mail. I am one of the last 7 people on earth who has AOL mail. I could not get my mail through AOL web page but had to link my accounts to the Microsoft mail app. Not a big problem. You can easily get rid of S mode, but once you do, you cant go back. For me, the idea of a fast, safe mode, is more important than any weirdness S mode creates. All Good here.

> 3 dayGot this at the start of quarantine and initially loved it. Screen, battery, etc. worked fine but one year later and completely crashed. No issues prior besides an occasional glitchy camera or spotty clicks. Battery died, had geek quad check it out and they basically told me it would cost me more to fix than replace. Disappointed because it was a good product but faulty.

> 3 dayVery nice little notebook for the price. Lightweight, small but with adequate screen size. Screen quality is crystal clear and vivid colors. Processer seems plenty fast enough for the applications I use. Very pleased with purchase so far.
