Greater than one weekThis great looking laptop is a value choice while still getting low weight and descent performance (SSD and I3 processor). The back-lit keyboard and nice screen (1920 x 1080) were appreciated touches for the primary user; my son. I like the ASUS brand generally.

> 3 dayI never write reviews, but I have had so many frustrating issues with this laptop I felt compelled to. It randomly goes blue screen with a sad face (???) telling me there were issues and completely reboots everything. This happens about once every two weeks. Often right in the middle of work it just freezes and then goes to a blue screen.

> 3 dayI bought this in Oct then 4 months later the battery does not charge into full. It only says 79% all the time and I have to be plugged after 3-4 hours of continuous use. Not touch screen.

> 3 dayI see people on here whining about a $400 laptop. If you want a perfect laptop then custom build. This is an entry level laptop. Its not a $800 product however it is a pretty great laptop for its price.

> 3 dayThis is the first laptop I ever owned and after two years of using it, I have to say that its ok. There is nothing really to write home about in terms of upsides. The display quality is good (though looking at it from an angle is not a fun experience), and the sound quality is as good. Though its not very powerful, which is to be expected for a laptop of this price, as a result, some games are an absolute chore to play. What doesnt help is the fact that there are very few things to upgrade about it, like RAM or the SSD. Its perfect if you only intend on using it for work or light gaming; but for anything else, just save for a decent desktop. Some things that I personally dislike about it are the location of the charger port and headphone jack; both of which are located on the right side of the laptop which can cause issues if your outlet or headphones have a cord on the left side. (Also, if you buy this, make sure to buy an external hard drive as well. 128 Gigs of storage will be eaten up VERY quickly.)

> 3 dayDe muy buen material, un poco engañoso pero muy buen equipo, lo malo, su almacenamiento pero por lo que ofrece está excelente se soluciona comprando un SSD de mayor capacidad y ya.

> 3 dayThe description clearly states the keyboard is backlit. It is not. Either the description is wrong or they shipped the wrong computer. Either way I wouldnt risk buying this laptop here.

> 3 dayCheap. For whatever reason, this computer keeps uninstalling things, unsyncing itself from my cloud and drive accounts, and the fingerprint login stopped working saying it couldnt recognize my finger anymore. pretty sure my fingers didnt change. Was all running fine own and then I woke up one morning to find it had reset itself to previous settings and basically uninstalled everything. It wasnt a virus or malware- I ended up having it looked at in a repair place. Ultimately, cheap, unreliable, and i would never buy again. Havent been impressed with my other Asus products either, tbh.
