Lies when I bought it and it also have a problem seeing the ram possible because of the lie...I can see the processor via the device manager...YOU getting rip off with these lies and have to purchase ram

Al principio la pantalla de quedaba trabada, ahora el teclado no funciona, llame a Amazon MX , me pidieron contactar a Asus Ms y ellos no se hacen responsables porque es un producto de importacion para hacer valida garantia no encuentro la forma de validarla

I have been searching for a low cost 15.6 laptop for over a month now. I started with the acer aspire 5 and although it was a great machine the trackpad was awful, I may go back to it but I wanted to try this computer first. I read good reviews about this computer so why not? The minute I opened it , it seemed like a great computer, booted it up and thats where I knew the computer was not for me. The screen is terrible! The TN display is one of the worst that I have seen. After windows booted up i noticed all the white was so cool that they were blue. So I did some calibration and no matter what you do the screen looks terrible! Thats a deal breaker for me. On to the next one!

La compu muy buena, buen funcionamiento pero el teclado no es retroiluminado, he intentadk encenderlo de mil maneras y no tiene los comandos para hacerlo.

I bought this laptop in December of 2019 as a Christmas present for my daughter, 5 months later the laptop doesnt even turn on. Now with the pandemic situation, its been a challenge to get any assistance online through Asus.

Love this computer. I can do so much all at the same time.
