Exactly what I was looking for

very fast, powerful laptop. Battery life is lower than I expected, but usable.

Bought this laptop for my wife, to replace her old Core I5 desktop. This is a superb laptop, very fast with its 5-core Ryzen processor. Swapped SSD with a 500GB and bumped memory to 16M and this thing is considerably faster. Also, this thing isnt loaded up with bloatware, so it runs very well right out of the box. I reimaged it with Win10 Pro instead of Home, for more security. Bought a USB-C dock station to clean up the cables, discovered that the USB-C port doesnt push external video. Be aware of that if you intend to use the USB port for external video.

Gaming wise to play ps or Xbox on the computer not good you’re better off buying a console but other then that is really good and the battery kinda dies fast maybe 5 hours

Bought this laptop when it was on sale back in April. It had a pretty good quality screen, was lightweight and worked fast for a sub $500 laptop. Everything was fine for about three weeks, but then it started booting into BIOS screen every time Id turn the power on. It would require me to restart the system multiple times before it would boot back into Windows. Ive contacted Asus team, and they recommended I send it to them to get the drive replaced. Shipping would be slow due to Covid19, so I asked if I would be able to simply replace the drive with my own SSD, to which they replied yes, but I would also have to buy a restore flash drive from Asus so Id be able to use Windows again, which was another $40 or so. While trying to decide what to do next, the laptop randomly stopped charging. It would require me plugging and unplugging it several dozen times until it would start charging again. At this point I packed the system up in its box, and returned it to Amazon.

I hadnt purchased a new computer in years and really didnt know what I wanted. A friend recommended this one to me so I bought it and am glad I did. It is easy to use and I really like it.

Just when the 90 day period to send it back to Amazon expired, the Wi-Fi in this notebook stopped working. I have other PCs that connect with my Wi-Fi with no problem.

Laptop would not turn on.

I absolutely love this computer, screen is bright and vibrant, fast, love how the keyboard lights up. Definitely worth getting.
