> 3 dayThe computer screen is like a matte screen, which is great for me, bc is for work and I spend hours in front of the computer, but I dont think everyone will like it. Ive been using it for almost two months and its a good computer, in my opinion.

> 3 dayFirst, this is a great laptop. I had issues after 6 months when the screen died! Returned it and they fixed it in a week or so, but when I powered it up right out of the box, NO Video! External monitor worked fine so I sent it back again! Customer service ACTUALLY CALLED me and after expressing my opinion that the Tech NEVER function tested it after repair, (I have an Electronics background, so function check is the first thing after repairs)! Got it back and after a week I needed to do a system restore! So why the 4 stars? CS was excellent and after I did the restore it has run like a Swiss watch! I would buy this again. Even Mercedes had issues once in a while!

> 3 dayThis was my sons first big investment. He had been saving money to buy a laptop and he finally was able to purchase it near the end of last summer after a lot of work. Sadly, five months later the computer wouldnt turn on or hold a charge. After waiting until he had enough money saved up to get it looked up, we find that the motherboard went out and the professional looking at it said he can not find one on the market to replace it so we are just out the laptop. Its extremely disappointing for my son as he had worked and saved so hard for this laptop and got barely 5 months use out of it before it stopped working. Until it stopped working he loved it.

> 3 dayI bought this as a birthday gift for my sister. So far, it has been very reliable and have not had any issues. Simple to use, simple to setup, trustworthy, and it came recommended by my girlfriend and her brother who is an IT professional at a community college. Not the greatest for gaming, but if youre just going to use it for work-related purposes, particularly during a pandemic that requires working from home and remoting into your work desktop, its a great computer and my sister likes it.

> 3 dayMy only issue is the battery life is around 3 hours long with casual use. For the price its a good computer with decent specs, lightweight and pretty fast.

> 3 dayThis computer has higher features in terms of processor and screen card. I use it for my business and some special software that I have not a problem yet.

Greater than one weekI bought this computer less than 3 months ago and I already consider it a huge waste of money. The wifi will work for about half an hour and then randomly shut off and my computer wont recognize any available wifi networks. I know the issue is with the computer because all of my other devices remain connected to the wifi. The only way to make the wifi work again is to do a hard shutdown and restart the whole computer. I knew this was a cheap computer but I expected it to last longer than 3 months. I will not be buying anymore asus products ever, should have stuck with hp.

> 3 dayEver since I unboxed the laptop, the speakers sound blown out and its absolute crap. I dont know if theyre supposed to sound better, but I feel like for a BRAND NEW Laptop you should not get blown out speakers. Im outraged.
