Screen quality is definitely better than my outdated previous ASUS laptop. It loads pages faster and turns on quicker. I love the finger Touch ID addition, very convenient. Camera quality is good as well. I don’t game so I can’t really account for that functionally.

The item is like in the description and works great!! it is like a basic computer, the screen it is not the best, but for that price I think it just fine, has a decent performance, came with 4 GB integrated and you can add up to 16 GB in single module to have a total of 20, In my case I change the 4 GB module for an 8 GB module for a total of 12, it is pretty fast, some came with M.2 SATA but it supports NVMe,

When it comes to computers it is fair to say that, in economic terms, I am a true consumer. having in the past 10 years purchased 9 that I can remember: 3 x tower, 6 x lap top. (I also presently own and use an ASUS brand, model F556U.)

Had this laptop for almost a year now. Almost everything about it is great, but the touchpad began to fail after about 8 months, making it definitely a bit more frustrating to use. 50/50 on recommending it to others.

The Reviews and Question Section is not very clear and even the ASUS tech support on this product is not very clear on what can or cant be added. If you get the 256 SSD version, there are no places to connect additional storage. Although there is room inside the case, there are no open connection to plug it into. Other Customers that bought the 1T Hard Drive version did find that they could add extra storage.

Felt a bit cheap and it was pretty cheap. Everything about it was just OK.

Great value for the money! Boots fast and runs my virtual machines well.

We immediately noticed what we thought was a terrible design of the power port. It felt extremely shallow. We didnt push super hard. The power cord fit loosely, and therefore fell out easily. It charged, so we thought that was just how it was (poorly) designed. And per other reviews Ive since read, the port deteriorates within a year such that the cord will not make a firm connection, and the laptop will only charge sporadically. But, after I used it for a couple of months, another member of the family pushed harder on the power connector, and it suddenly seated firmly and deeply. So, everyone who thinks theirs is loose, maybe you just need to push harder on the connector.
