> 3 dayBearings are good trucks are good, board is good, wheels are good, good smooth ride. Grip tape is peeling up on both sides of the board on the first day. Other than that its a great board

> 3 dayThe back paint looks amazing, the bearings are abec 9 its fine but need a bit of speed creaming, the grip is tight, and the board feels nice

> 3 dayGreat fully set up board. Rolls right over small pebbles/rocks that might normally send you flying off the board. A very comfortable cruising board.

06-06-2025This is my first longboard. I was looking for a stable board for cruising and carving around my neighborhood streets and trails and this board is perfect. Not having a kick tail took some getting used to but I knew that going in. The drop is low so its very stable on downhills and with some speed, make sure you adjust your trucks accordingly. I have not tried big hills or anything above 20 mph yet, my trails and roads are smooth so the wheels are fine as long as you keep your speed, i noticed at slower speeds the wheels catching on pebbles that my 65mm Sector 9 Nine ball wheels i have on my Madrid Cruiser rolls over no problem. If you want to slide easily, youll want to change the wheels. The Area 51 wheels are for more grip than sliding with their sharper less beveled edges. I did upgrade the bearings to Reds and the wheels rolled significantly faster and made for more efficient cruising. Im 510 185 and the deck feels solid and plenty stiff if you are looking for a sliding board. The money saved on this set up, with a truck and wheel upgrade you would have an awesome sliding board. At some point, I plan to get to Caliber trucks and Orangatang Stimulus wheels but for now Im Really happy with my Dark Tiki board!!

> 3 dayThis longboard is a great board the wood is solid and the wheels are grippy and ride over everything. One thing that should be pointed out is that you should loosen the nuts on the wheels when you get it in the mail. Also I would either clean and re-lubricate the bearings or buy new ones as the ones supplied with this one are not the best. I would buy either the bones reds or super reds. Overall this board is durable, easy to ride, and fun. The grip tape is very coarse

> 3 dayI love it! I’ve been searching for a decent board for over two weeks! I originally didn’t want to buy it because it was alittle expensive, but it went on sale and I bought it in a heartbeat! It’s a beautiful 9 ply board, with Area 51 70mm wheels. The trucks needed a little bit of tightening but that’s mostly just preference. I’ve never longboarded before and did a lot of research on many boards before deciding on this one. It’s the perfect balance of quality for your money.

07-06-2025I have had the board for about 40 hours total so far. As a 210 lb man who is a beginner at longboarding, this thing fully supports my weight, looks cool, and rides really smooth. The drop down design of the deck makes balancing way easier than my standard cruiser longboard (which is why bought it). The deck, trucks, and wheels seem to be of good quality. I did end up loosening the wheels a little and tightening up the trucks, but it was still perfectly rideable as it came in the box. Definitely recommend to any heavier skaters/beginners looking for good balance and a smoother ride.
