> 3 daySo far, so good, thank heavens! This is the ONLY sunscreen product or sunscreen containing cosmetic Ive found that SEEMS to work for my skin. ALL others have made me break out quite badly, immediately and are very opaque in appearance, i.e., very ugly, I mean like going around with a greasy-looking, Plaster of Paris mask on! (Most refer to clear zinc oxide content, but what Ive experienced is certainly NOT clear, and is extremely difficult to remove ~ one left behind white fuzz and grit, after repeated washing and other cleansing)! Although Ive only used Babyganics once AND only briefly, this is quite light in consistency, I had no adverse reactions or difficulty in cleaning / removal, as with ALL the others! I will add more info if and when needed. THANK YOU, BABYGANICS!!!

> 3 dayOk, I love the UVA, UVB protection and this stuff works perfectly....However....it really takes a good bit of effort to rub in. After rubbing it in, if you sweat, itll start to show again. So in order to avoid having a face that looks like you applied sunscreen without a mirror....dont use it on your face at all. I recommend EltaMD for your face. Its gentle and tinted for natural skin tones, but blends so well you forget youre wearing it. I used the babyganics for my body and made sure to apply it about 10 minutes or more before going outside. This way I could be sure everything was rubbed in and set into my skin. Honestly, with how difficult it can be to rub this stuff in, i would just apply it before getting dressed, that way everything gets rubbed all the way in, your skin has enough time to allow it to sink in and you wont be walking around with bright white, impossible to remove sunscreen on your black bikini....yes, I learned the hard way on this one.

> 3 dayI dont get sunburned too easily, but there is always that first sunburn of the year while on vacation. This year, I was introduced to Babyganics sunscreen lotion. What sold me on the product is that it is on the top 10 safest sunscreens to put on your baby (we all want that, right?). I bought it, hopeful that the safe ingredients would also be effective. I was at the beach for a week with my 60 year old mother, my 5 year old son, and my 14 month old son (and Im 30, for what its worth). NONE OF US GOT BURNED! First time in my life that I went to the beach without getting burned on that first day. So, not only is it SAFE, it is EFFECTIVE! Win for all!

Greater than one weekThis stuff is thi-ick! It turns my kid totally white. When you mix just a tiny amount in your hands with a smidge of oil, you can create a smooth and clear coverage. Otherwise it is hard to spread. Plus youll save a ton this way. My kids have never been sunburned. It is a good product but I dislike the white residue. I will try other brands next time.

> 3 dayI have used quite a bit of this on my 9 month old over the past few months, and with proper application shes never been burnt. She sometimes does still look a little red after being out and about. It doesnt irritate my daughters skin and it smells kind of nice. The only issue I have is this leaves a significant white cast, which isnt unusual with a mineral based sunscreen, but its pretty extreme. No amount of rubbing in seems to help very much. This isnt a huge issue, because Im not that concerned with my infant daughter being camera ready 24/7, and it lets me know where Ive already applied sunscreen, but it is significant. Overall, it is a great product. I might buy other brands in the future just for the sake of comparison, but Im happy with this product and would buy it again in the future.

> 3 dayThis is my preferred sunscreen for use with my kids. I really love that the ingredients are non-toxic and non-hormone-disrupting. The ingredients in this sunscreen are also not known to negatively affect your thyroid, so frequent use isnt an issue. It also doesnt have an obnoxious scent. I really like the thicker texture of this sunscreen. Some sunscreens are super runny and oily, but this one isnt as greasy, goes on smooth, and soaks in quickly. Like other sunscreens, you must apply this 15 to 30 minutes before going outside and definitely before getting wet. To prevent sunburn, it needs to be reapplied like any other sunscreen--every hour, especially when in the water.

> 3 dayThe sun protection is excellent - if you use enough and apply it fifteen minutes before you head outdoors. I had high hopes for this sunscreen based on the non-fragrant ingredient list. But what a bust! You will be pasty, chalky (me), or ashy. It will not blend into your skin, and its difficult to spread. This actually is not a deal breaker for me. Im OK with chalky if I get the SPF, and I do. But this double-edged sword transfers. It transfers to laminate floors, yoga mats, and beach toys. But just try to wash it off. You need sandpaper to remove the product, long after its effectiveness wanes. I simply cannot imagine anyone using this on an infant or child. Night after night, I showered and scrubbed frenetically and still had product on my face, neck, arms, and legs. Dont do this to your kid. There are way too many great sunscreens these days. It makes no sense to protect your childs skin from the sun if youre going to have to remove the product with an emery file. File this under dud!

> 3 dayDuring the summer I take my kids swimming every single day after lunch. Although the kids wear rash guards they still need sunscreen on their arms, necks and faces, and mom needs sunscreen all over. I even wear a giant hat while I swim, but no matter how much sunscreen I put on I still felt like my shoulders and chest were red. I also noticed that when I put other brands of sunscreen on my face it kind of burns and makes my skin a bit purple for a minute. Between that and seeing all the recent news articles where my favorite sunscreen brands (Neutrogena and Banana Boat) were listed as bad I thought I would try something new. I LOVE THIS BABYGANICS SUNSCREEN! It takes a little more effort to rub it in but is totally worth it. My shoulders and arms are never red and my chest is white as winter skin. It doesnt irritate our sensitive skin. It doesnt cost a fortune like some of the other top natural sunscreens. I have stopped using our half empty bottles of other brands completely.

> 3 dayAbsolutely love this sunscreen, it’s not oily like most sunscreens are. Easy to spread and it’s tear free which makes applying easier and ease worry that sunscreen will get in their eyes! Highly recommend!
