> 24 hourFor some reason even with tech support we cannot get the orientation correct and the label is always on page 2 so we have to select only page 2 to print and the text size doesn’t fill the label. It prints fast however and is serving the purpose

> 24 hourSuper easy to use! I bought this to print off Etsy shipping labels, and it took me a few minutes to figure it out, but tech support was fast and it was pretty intuitive after that. I’m thrilled with this piece! Slightly nervous because of the lack of reviews, but I’m so happy with this product!

> 24 hourLabel printer what just what I needed to streamline the sales process for my small business. So much easier to print and scan than to have to pricetage each item by hand.

> 24 hourI print roughly 2000 labels per year. I was using a standard 8.5 x 11, Two (2) per page sheet labels on a laser printer. I needed something more economical. After searching and researching, I choose this, the BCL110 4 x 6, ethernet/USB label printer. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The installation was like any printer being installed on a Windows PC, after first installing the drivers of course. You download the drivers from the website. The printer prints extremely fast and because it is thermal printing, there is no chance for the labels to be washed out if they get wet. This is a bonus. With the ethernet capability, I can locate the printer why from the PC. Pros: Compact size Reasonable price Ethernet and USB connection Waterproof labels No need to buy printer ink Roll stock or fan-fold labels are economical Fast printing, extremely fast Great print quality Cons: 203 DPI, but is looks much crisper than that. So, not much of a con. Could improve on the user instructions

> 24 hourIt is not easy to use. BCL do not have their driver on their website at the time I tried to download from their website. If you search google you can have the instruction said you will need to install Zebra driver to use device. Compare to Zebra ZP 450, I’m not feeling BCL has 300 dpi quality. Otherwise everything is good, if you are looking for device cheaper than Zebra ZP 500, can use same driver like ZP500. It’s good. The PC will recognize it is ZP500, only you know it is BCL. Do not compare tech support as Zebra — can’t.

> 24 hourI worked for hours trying to set this up using the network port and finally gave up and connected it to one of my PCs and told it to share the printer to the rest of the network. I wish this printer was easy to TURN OFF! So many times I sent a print job to it by mistake. You have to press the power button a dozen times to shut down.
