> 3 dayI like surge protecters very much I have them everywhere but you do need to measure the length of cord that you need before buying.

Greater than one weekThis is a solid surge protector, cord can run short for specific applications so make sure you are ok with a shorter cord. I got it for a sub $6 price and it was a bargain for that price. At the current price, Id check out some other options in stores or online. The only annoyance I found with this protector is that the switch is on the side and can get hard to reach - although the advantage is that it does not get covered by the plugs. Also, the on/off switch is not lighted and the on/off setting hard to see so I have to tell from the equipment plugged into it whether it is on. Other than that, a solid protector which works well with all 6 outlets in use.

Greater than one weeki bought three of these and had problems with all three! as another reviewer noted, any time you touch the wire, this thing goes off and i have to manually reset which causes an odd buzzing that i dont like the sound of. i have this under my computer desk and occasionally hit the wire with my feet. a surge protector should be more robust than this and since i have had the same problem with three units ( i bought them all at once or would never repurchase)i dont believe it is a rare defect but built into the design.

> 3 dayIt solved my problem and seems to function well. Plus, its fairly sleek in design. It might have been better in black, but I dont think that was an option

> 3 dayThis item is light weight. The switch is on the end and recessed a bit (so it is difficult to turn off by accident). The cord is long enough (maybe 2.5 feet). It has 6 outlets that are spaced apart about right (if you have a bulky transformer, then it will cover the adjacent outlet unless you put it on the end; thats true of most power stripes). I use it for my PC. I was pleased with the quality, so I bought a second one for my TV. At less than 7 bucks, I think it is a good deal. Amazon was the seller.
