I have a chronic constipation and I tried several fibers. This seems working but I am getting a little but more dose than recommended.

I just received. First time trying this. It does dissolve fast and is tasteless. Not sure how it’s going to work. I know when I am lacking in fiber when my underwear has skid marks at the end of the day and my poop is soft and I have to wipe multiple times after. In the past fiber has helped eliminate that 100%. If this does the same I’ll update my review and give 5 stars. For now the rating is based on having no flavor and dissolving quickly.

Can eat a banana in the morning and an Apple at night and it will do the same thing. Not reordering.

One teaspoon a day in my coffee allows me to take the fiber supplement my doctor recommends for women my age. It does job without tasting bad or gritty. Plus this container is about twice as much as I was getting at my local grocery store for the same price.

Dissolves with no weird taste. Put in coffee to get that good doo.

I add this to my juice when having trouble with my bowels. Mixes in real easy and cant taste it. Usually has your bowels going in a day or 2

I love the product but I have to find another way cause it only lasted me maybe a week or so. The bottle that’s bigger is like 30 bucks. So it’s a no for me. We are in one of the greatest recession’s ever.
