We mix this with our morning coffee. No taste, and it’s our routine. Easy to mix in anything, but pricey and not always easy to find at times so we try to stock up.

Like that it’s tasteless. Like that there is no gritty feel when taking. Like that it has helped me have regular bowel movements. Dislike that you must increase your water intake if you use this regularly (this is per my medical doctor).

This has been a great addition to my daily routine! As a homeschool mom and stay-at-home wife, my eating routines are never normal. This helps keeps my digestive system on a good rhythm, even if my meals are sporadic. Mix-ins can be hit or miss. Theres no funky taste or chunks after mixing it in my water. I have even mixed it into my coffee without compromising that first sip of coffee (or the last sip!).

Weve ordered this exact brand and size several times now, so I guess you could say its our go-to. Usually we get plenty of fiber in our diet via fruits and vegetables, but there are those days (weeks) where its just hard to find, prep, and eat fresh. When we have those weeks, this stuff is exactly what we need. It disappears in liquid and has basically zero taste - maybe just a bare hint of sweetness or citrus. I often add it to coffee or just plain water, although I find I do have to agitate it to mix it a bit more when ice is involved (basic chemistry - makes sense). Weve even added it to adult beverages before. Were not proud, but that works, too. It disappears. Given the price, Im glad we dont have to buy it often; you get a lot, but if we were both taking this daily...ouch! As it is, with intermittent use, a single container lasts us both a long time. Its definitely a staple in our house.

Cant get this with regularity or on shopping cycle, and can get larger less expensive at Costco, but they too dont always have it... and the Costco brand isnt as good as this brand. Completely tasteless, odorless, and doesnt change the texture of the drink you put it into - unlike the metamucil option of years ago. I use this in my morning hot drink daily, from a diner sugar dispenser, and I like the fact that it is an easy option to simply keep my system constant.
