Greater than one weekIve had this monitor for about two years now and its perfect. I have a smaller desk and it fits rather nicely. The display is smooth. This product is marketed perfectly, it does everything it claims. Definitely worth the price. :)

> 3 dayWorking as a programmer, I constantly had headaches before due to the eye fatigue. Then this eye-care monitor caught my attention, I just wanted to try and see whether it works, if not I will return. It indeed helped my eye problem. I tried many monitors at work, cheap and expensive ones, to find one that will help my symptoms, I found a few, but the price is either very high or many of them require a better computing setup to utilize their full potentials. For example, the best one I used is Dell 4K ISP, but it cost over $500 (2018) and its on sale. Other brands are good, but I slowly realize its just a brand many of them use the same manufactory. So the price is basically depending on how popular the brand is. BenQ is not a very familiar brand in the US, but I used to have a BenQ laptop I really like, so I had a very positive feeling about this brand. At the moment of purchase, I had about 3 options: this monitor, a Dell one, and an Acer one. I had an Acer monitor before and its bad, it looks really nice, but when you used it, you will know its cheap. Back in 2015 the Acer monitor costed about the same price as this one, not worth it. Dell one was more expensive, about $400 dollars and 4K, however, I know 4K monitor normally requires a better setup, I had a mac mini (last generation) at home, it doesnt support 4K, why bother to spend so much for that. This monitor is as it described on its amazon page. I just got it about a few days, and after a day of work, and then use this monitor at home, I didnt develop the headaches i used to have. Hope its a durable one also.

Greater than one weekPurchased for an animator custom build. It has a very small top, left & right border an a nice included stand, but using it with a basic NB arm 100x100mm VESA mount. I totally agree with other reviewers on the built speakers being weak, not just volume output lower than expected, the sound is very tinny, but functional. The good news, is I didnt buy it for the sound, since the animator has real reference speakers at each end of her desk. Initially was worried when I saw it was shipped with no outer carton, but everything was arrived OK. Would really like to see BenQ include a real printed manual vs include a CDROM with PDFs on it. I guess someone still uses CDROM? If nothing else, put a QR code on the double fold sheet to the URL for the PDF. I would but it again, it will be interesting to hear the feedback from the user once she uses it for 60-80hrs in a week. included HDMI cable is about 1m (3feet) long. Would be nice if it was 2m in length, and included 4 x VESA 10mm screws. It is a good quality mid range monitor that is easy on the eyes out of the box for a decent price.

Greater than one weekBeing on a keyboard all day, I found that my dry eye problem was becoming worse. And working off a laptop led me with too small a screen to focus on. Being on a very small budget, there wasnt much choice in options. I chose this specifically because it talked about being easier on the eyes. Hallelujah! This truly is easier on my eyes. My eyestrain is seriously reduced and my dry eyes are no longer so dry. The size is ok for my work area, which is pretty small. I sit about the length of a full-sized bed away from the screen. Further away would be too far. Closer would be uncomfortable. Plan accordingly. There are two things that are mildly disappointing to me. First is the reduced sharpness of the picture. The one on my laptop is much sharper. Im trading off the larger size and reduced eyestrain for somewhat less sharpness. Ill live with it. The second is the inevitable near lack of speaker volume. Plan to either use headphones or attach secondary speakers. I use some small, inexpensive ones that are perfectly adequate to my admittedly unsophisticated and demanding needs. I use headphones when I am editing legal transcripts. All in all, Im perfectly satisfied that the product met my requirements. If I had the ability to get a top of the line eye-care monitor, Id jump at the opportunity. But in the beggers-cant-be-choosers category, this is surprisingly adequate.

> 3 dayI am very impressed with this company. The monitor is immaculate. The shipping materials are A+. Monitor arrived 4 days earlier than expected. The monitor is great so far. I researched and bought it for its adaptive brightness controls and advertised anti-eye fatigue technology. Image is very clear and I like the stand. So far I am happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayPerfect!! Multiple display connections for whatever you have your rig set to. Comes with hdmi to hdmi cord. SPEAKERS: I read a lot of salty reviews on these here’s my take: on max they are a comfortable volume that I don’t think my house mates hear it throughout the house. I use headphones for surround sound accuracy, however, I used the speakers solely for a few weeks before switching back to headphones and was happy enough! NO EYE STRAIN. We all know what’s going on by now, work and school from home plus casual game streaming lead to some major eye strain, this has made my pandemic life a little easier. It increased my eye endurance which helps my focus. No strain since I started using this screen! Colors are beautiful, there are no flickers on the screen at all it runs my FPS rates flawlessly. I still have my old monitor and the color contrast is like looking at two totally different pictures. My roommate has 2 Benq monitors and this is my first, the technology in these are phenomenal and I highly doubt I’ll venture into other brands. Came quick, connects quick, great experience.

> 3 dayJust recently stopped working after 3 years, but before that was a good quality for the price. I like the cable management on the back and the bevel style.

> 3 dayI purchased these monitors because I needed to work from home due to my states stay at home order. For the first week, I was only using my laptop for work and it was not a pleasant experience. Once I realized how unproductive I was and the SAH order was going to last longer than anticipated I knew I needed monitors. I did some research and at the time Amazon wasnt shipping most monitors for 3 weeks. I needed to receive something faster than that. I found these and ordered two because Amazon was shipping in a few days. I also saw the amazon reviews were generally positive. The cherry on top was that they werent terribly expensive. A few days later they arrived and I havent looked back since. Overall Im very please with the monitors. Everything looks crisp and I think theyre great value. The feature set is impressive particularly the low blue light and intelligent lighting. Theres a plethora of connector ports too for any situation. I would definitely recommend these again.

03-04-2025While not a high end monitor it is an exceptional buy for the money. Perfect for those who want the convenience of using a laptop that doubles as a desktop. This monitor allows you to to view your laptop desktop and is very sharp and easy to use. In addition the monitor has speakers which also is a plus. An excellent buy for the money and easy to hook up and use. This is the second one we have purchased. My husband liked my laptop/monitor setup that he asked for one for his birthday. I would recommend this product whole-heartedly

> 3 dayI have been using two of these at the office for about 6 months now and they work great for me. I dont do graphics work so I cant comment on color accuracy, but for standard office work they are great. I would order these again if I had need. Note: Although the bezel around the edges is thin (maybe 1/16?), the actual usable area of the monitor is NOT all the way out to the edges of the plastic bezel. The usable screen area starts about 1/4 in from the outside edges (top & sides). Its not a big problem for me, but I didnt realize this when I ordered it.
