> 3 dayFirst off, I spent weeks over analyzing reviews and when I finally went to buy them, they sold out. So I had to wait about two weeks, was about to buy other brands (Viewsonic, sceptre, Acer, and HP) because I was impatient. So glad I didn’t. I swapped out 2 (two) 22inch Dell monitors (which both were different bezels and models) one was brighter than the other and one had too much yellowing. It was definitely time to swap. I really don’t play any games on my work computer, so I can’t comment on the games or refresh rate being too low at i What I did try was some movies (At 720p and 1080p) and YouTube streaming. The picture, brightness, and colors are super crisp! The refresh rate at 60hz is fine for what we do. If you work in the office, this is more than perfect!! Surprisingly, the speakers are ok, definitely made for listening to a webinar or a team meeting... or music on low. But, to be clear, I won’t be using these monitors to watch movies, but it was a great test of the clarity and colors. I’ll be using this for Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and company programs. The viewing angles are great too! My wife said I didn’t need new monitors but after I bought them anyway, set them up and she saw them set up, she told me she is going to use them too. We both use the same HP Docking station so works out! See the before and after pictures. I also attached these monitors on Amazon’s Dual Monitor desk mount for $39.99. So much cleaner and less crap on the desk. One thing I’ll say, the flicker free is for real!!! You may see some on the pictures that I uploaded but my wife and I literally DO NOT see any flickering! Also, we hated that the other older monitors had large bezels that prevented us from being more efficient and had to move out apps or word documents around so we could read them. Now, we can literally read everything with little to no distraction or disruption. Yes, there is at least just shy of a 1/4 inch bezel, but after dealing with a 2 inch bezel gap between the two older monitors, this is glorious!! The two bezels on the BenQ combined are still thinner than one of the monitors on the Dell. Trust me, Especially with working from home during the pandemic, this was causing more pissed off days. Also, the adaptive brightness is also working and very subtle but works! It does come with HDMI cables, but my HP docking station has two DP ports. Yes recommend!!!

> 3 dayBack in 1982 I got my first computer (and monitor), and IMB Displaywriter dedicated word processor. Ive used a lot of monitors since then, and this one is the best ever. Period. I wanted an IPS monitor that I could adjust lower - almost touching the desktop - so I wouldnt have to look upward to see the screen. The stand on this monitor goes low. All the specs are great. I hadnt even though abut their eye care technology. My old LG monitor had some kind of blue-light reading mode that wasnt any good at all, at least not for me. This BenQ monitor has 4 different view modes, so I tried them out. The Reading mode lowers the brightness the most so I decided to use it. Wow! What a difference. With the other monitor, I was having to stop and rest my 80 year old eyes (only one eye still works) after about 15 minutes. Now I can go an hour - yes... 60 minutes - before I have to stop and rest. This stuff really works! When I need to do some image editing, or work on a video, I switch to the Multimedia mode - the brightest and most accurate colors - and when I am done, back to the Reading mode again. Whats really impressive is that this isnt even their top of the line monitor! I bought it for the stand, so I could lower the monitor. Shh... dont tell them, but... after using this monitor daily for more than 3 months, Id pay twice as much for it. If you have eye fatigue, like I do, this monitor might be what you need.

> 3 dayI would definitely recommend these monitors to people. I bought two for a dual display setup. I use it for both office work and for gaming. I connect to the monitors using display port and a laptop docking station. The stands are very sturdy and setup took less than five minutes. The displays are much easier on my eyes than my other ones. I bought these to hopefully help with my migraines (since I sit at the computer for 12+ hours a day). I haven’t had them long enough to see if they really help with the migraines but I will update if they don’t really help. The frames around the outside are thin so a dual screen setup looks good with these displays. The material feels nice and it’s made of sturdy material and not flimsy plastic. There is a little bit of brightness fade near the outside but it’s not bad at all and it’s hardly noticeable. The only way I’ve found to completely avoid that is with curved monitors. Overall, these monitors are a great bang for your buck.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor in April of 2021 and a few months later had my first experience of turning it on and the screen was rapidly pulsing. I called customer support and they led me through thirty minutes of troubleshooting that did not solve it. I was out of the return window with Amazon. Four days later I turned it on and it was fine. Fast forward another few months and same problem, wait a few days its back to normal. This cycle continued over and over. I contacted customer support a second time in mid October 2022 and ended up paying $20 to package and ship (they paid shipping) it back to them to fix. I just got it back and its working great - I hope it stays that way.

> 3 dayI’m not tech savvy so I can’t say much. But the monitor has a good look to it. It’s very well balanced, so I’m not worried about it falling over. I’m very happy it has a display port input, it also vga, & hdmi inputs, but I’m using the display port. It has a good sound quality too, but I using speakers just because they’re louder. I got it because it’s supposed to be easier on your eyes, I can’t say much yet because I haven’t used it much - I’ll just have to see later. I’m not using it for gaming, only school work, but honestly I think the picture quality uploads good.

> 3 dayAs a value monitor, I think its $20 more expensive than it should be. That said, its still not too expensive for a solid monitor that will hopefully last a long time and perform basic functions with predictable efficiency. Good response time, although I dont use this for gaming. I still think a good response time is needed for anything else you might want to do. As for the speakers, they are abysmal. Even on their loudest setting, its not much more than a faint, tinny echo. Do not come into this monitor hoping for an all-in-one experience when it comes to sound. If you intend for this to replace actual speakers, youll be disappointed.

> 3 dayUsing this as a wall-mounted vertical (portrait) display monitor, HDMI input, showing a slideshow at a business, near the business entrances. It worked right out of the box. The wide 178/178-degree viewing angle was the selling point. Not using DisplayPort, so I dont see any of the DIsplayPort issues mentioned by others. Walking past the monitor horizontally, the brightness is not totally continuous, but its very good - just fine for my clients purposes. Ive had several unsolicited positive comments on the increased viewing angle since replacing the old monitor. So far, no quality issues. A big plus (typical these days) is that if the power fails while the monitor is on, it powers back up by itself. BTW using the Gofanco HDMI -> twisted-pair dual-monitor extender (plus HDMI pass-through, so Im really feeding 3 monitors), also purchased from Amazon, with shielded CAT6 cable, and that is working flawlessly. FYI, resolution of the Gofanco device is limited to 1024, which is not an issue with me.
