10-06-2025I absolutely love this yarn! It comes in a wide variety of outstanding colors. It is a heavier weight yarn and is so very soft; and because of the yarn weight and it’s softness, it make’s wonderful blankets and many other bulky items as well. I can make a blanket in a much shorter amount of time than with the regular yarns, which is a huge plus for me because of limited time available.. It’s rather easy to use when crocheting your heavier and bulkier projects, whether crocheting OR knitting with it. I highly recommend this yarn to anyone looking for a bulky and awesome-colored yarn to create their projects because everything about it makes it well worth its very reasonable price!

> 3 dayI love the blues, greens and teals but the yellow just does not flow with the rest of the colors. what is worse is that it is an ugly yellow and it looks dirty. Of all the bernat baby blanket yarn i have purchased this one just doesnt look good.

> 3 dayI made a baby blanket for my newest grandson using this type of yarn. His 6 year old sister liked it so much - said it was so soft and cuddly - that she asked me to maker her one. That was like a snowball. I have made 14 and am working on another one. Highly recommend this yarn.

> 3 dayThis is by far the best yarn Ive ever worked with! Its so thick and soft. I first used this a year ago when I was pregnant with my son and since then this is the only yarn I work with. Other baby yarn sheds A LOT which is awful when your baby likes chewing on fabric. This is perfect because it doesnt shed, doesnt stretch out, and doesnt tear or unravel. I just made another baby blanket for my pregnant sister using lilac dove. I used baby lilac on the border and the lilac is a bit different than in the lilac dove but it doesnt make it look weird at all. I typically use an 8 mm hook and do either a single or double crochet (depending on the desired breathability). Single crochet makes it super heavy and warm where double crochet I use when I want to make a blanket to keep in my sons crib. The double crochet makes it so that if the blanket covers his face he can still easily breathe. Also with this being so thick there isnt a way where it can compress enough to get around his neck and strangle him so I feel safe having this in his crib with him. For baby blankets I use three big ball skeins and it makes a blanket roughly 47 x 47 using single crochet. I made a crib blanket using double crochet that is 19 x 22 and used less than one big ball and made a car seat blanket using one big ball. This yarn goes a long way.

> 3 dayThis manufacturer with yarn is terrible. The green yarn had so many knots in it, and the black and white yarn had different colors with the same lot number. Very disappointed all the time I spent making blankets and it looks terrible.

> 3 dayI love this yarn. I am making soft, warm blankets to give away as Christmas gifts to family and friends. I bought this yarn to finish up a project I am working on. I have been waiting anxiously for its arrival. I got a message from Amazon that the box was left at my doorstep. I live in a gated apartment complex. Around 6:30 PM tonight a lady I did not know, knocked on my door carrying the box. She said she lived down the street and found the box in her laundromat in her apartment complex. The box was already opened when she found it. I am thankful for the lady to take the time too deliver it to me :) But shame on the person that took it from my doorstep! Please be careful with the packages that you are ordering. Especially at this time of year, so many thieves out there!
