> 3 dayGiving 5 stars based on my first order! 4 stars wouldve been for my second order. My first order was for baby sand and vanilla - both were so luxuriously soft, they felt plush! I ran out of baby sand and had to place a second order. I knew I was taking a chance that it might not be from the same dye lot. The yarn arrived with a different dye lot and a different texture. It felt more like microfiber crustier material that is used for the regular bernat blanket yarn. This 2nd skein of yarn was also too dark to try and blend in with my project. I ended up having to undo my work and make it with a smaller hook to make do with what yarn I had left. Ill be using the second baby sand for another project. Its still usable yarn, just not as soft as the previous two. If you need to order multiple skeins of the same color for a project you are better off purchasing these in person at your local craft store to ensure the dye lots are the same or at least close enough.

> 3 dayI love BERNAT blanket yarns! Ive made several blankets for family members, and will be making more. The Purple is WOW! Bright and beautiful. Have the go go green, masking a blanket door my grandson. I use large knitting needles, works and works great with the thick yarn. This yarn is so soft, they all love the blankets!

> 3 dayThe color showing on my monitor was accurate. This is a difficult color to photograph apparently, every website I went to had a different shade for this Baby Teal color. Some were showing blue blue and the other extreme was showing a green color. I wanted the color I was seeing on my monitor, more blue than green but not straight blue. Also my research indicated that the only difference in this baby yarn and the regular variety is the colors, the yarn is the same yarn. A lot of reviews say this yarn is hard to work with but the only issue I had was the first 2 rows, ended up doing a double crochet chainless foundation, it was difficult trying to get an even chain. From there is went quickly.

> 3 dayThis arrived quickly but was not in great shape. Extra threads from who knows what. And multiple tied up ends. I loop mine so I just cut them but usually when I buy from Joanns there is no more than 1 connection site. I bought more because I saved money but the quality is not there.

> 3 dayThis is my favorite type of yarn with which to crochet. Ive used it for blankets, pillows, and cat toys so far. Honestly, if it didnt cost so much, it would make a great insulating curtain for windows in winter because it holds in heat so well.

> 3 dayI like the Bernat brand... good yarn. I did have a piece at the beginning of my project that was knotted on to the rest. I was too far into my scarf to start over. It does not show, but annoying to think the ball of yarn is pieced in some way... JMO

> 3 dayThis yarn is a great color and the softness is perfect. Unfortunately, it is FULL of knots. Looks a bit like it was tied together from smaller scrap pieces to make a roll. Tried using it and making due, but it is too difficult to work with all the knots and broken pieces of yarn.
