I love it! It was a few months ago when I started drinking the Biochem protein. I was attracted to it after rigorously comparing dozens of different protein powders against my needs. I began with the Vanilla, and have also tried the Chocolate, as well as the Berries + Whey protein powders. They were all pretty good, but my ultimate favorite is the Vanilla! Recently, Ive decided to cut back on my sugar intake even more in my daily diet, so I decided to give the Vanilla sugar-free option a try. I was worried about the change at first because I absolutely LOVED those delicious little sugar crystals at the bottom of the glass after drinking the shake- I looked forward to it everyday as a dessert! LOL. A small treat like that (especially at the end of the day) can be quite lovely and exciting for someone whos daily diet consists of eating low-sugar! To my surprise, the Vanilla sugar-free tasted NO different from the regular. Im not sure if this is just me and my own taste-buds talking, but I really didnt taste a difference at all. I will miss my sugar crystals, and perhaps one day Ill return to them. Also, thanks for the minimal-ingredient formula, Biochem!! Many peeps seriously appreciate that.

I have used this procduct for years for protein shakes. It has a good flavor and I have been very happy with it. I keep reordering and get this larger size for value.

I purchased this whey protein with two main motives: First, to add quick protein into my diet to stave off hypoglycemic crashes. Second, to pack on muscle as Ive begun lifting weights in earnest. My first motivation seems to have been met. After drinking some of this whey protein I feel a bit more alert and seem to be able to handle sweets better. Im still unsure if its a placebo effect however. My second motivation also seems to have been met. Since consistently drinking one serving a day (usually during a workout) I have noticed steady muscle growth at a rate that is higher than before I was taking in more fast uptake proteins like this whey. Of course, I take in good muscle-growing proteins in other forms as well, but this whey protein is an essential part of my muscle-building protein diet. Usage Tips: 1) This stuff does not mix well with a spoon. It takes a heavyweight beating to get it to mix and even then there are clumps stuck to the spoon and side of the glass. Try putting it in a blender or using an emulsifier. 2) This natural flavor whey doesnt taste bad, but doesnt taste good either. I put it in milk which makes it palatable, but still a little funny tasting. I usually just chug it down to get it over with when Im drinking it plain. 3) Keeping 1 and 2 in mind, I recommend mixing a serving of this whey with a serving of some other powdered drink. In my case, I use malt flavored ovaltine. Put the two powders together in a glass and then thoroughly mix them before pouring in your liquid (milk is my favorite). It keeps the whey from clumping and also gives it a great taste. The whey flavor, which by itself is a bit unpleasant, actually enhances the flavor of the malt ovaltine and vice-versa. However, chocolate ovaltine is not such a good combo, in my opinion. One more thing of note: the calories are as rock bottom as science allows. By nature one gram of protein has 4 calories and one serving of this whey protein is 20 grams of protein with 80 calories. Do the math... thats as lean as you can get. All in all, this is a great product and you cant beat the price for the amount you get.

This is by far the best protein powder that I have ever used. I used to be a fan of EAS, but they do not make protein powder anymore. Upon research on the clean label project, this is the one of the only chocolate protein powders with a 5 star rating. You can taste the quality in every sip. I was hesitant because some reviews say that it tastes bad, however I think it tastes fairly good. With water, it is not foamy or creamy; it is merely a protein supplement. With milk, however, it is far creamier (like most protein powders) and deserves 5 stars. I would definitely recommend buying this protein powder. The only thing I wish they had were bigger sizes so that I could buy in bulk!

This product doesn’t taste like chocolate, more like vanilla.. I mixed it will powdered peanut butter and unsweetened chocolate almond milk.. All I can take is the peanut butter and hints of vanilla.. Maybe if I add some carob powder or cocoa to it it might help.. Would not buy again..

Lowest sodium per serving, mild milky taste, mixes very well, does not cause bloating or excessive gas, no preservatives or artificial sweetener, complete amino acid profile - and thats just for starters! I have tried many, nothing compares to this!

I bought this because it’s a brand that’s been tested to be free from heavy metals and BOA. I love the non-plastic packaging. It doesn’t clump when mixing but does give things a slightly off flavor when added to smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal etc.

This protein powder is free of artificial sweeteners. It tastes clean. It mixes up easily in my shaker cup. It tastes great yet is not overly sweet.
