> 3 dayAs someone who tries to limit dairy intake, its important that the dairy products I do consume are high quality. This has proven to be the perfect protein for me. - clean ingredients, high quality isolate - sourced from hormone free grass fed cows - 99% lactose free (as someone whos mostly lactose intolerant, this protein powder never gives me stomach problems) - love that they offer it in natural as i hate the fake, overly sweet, chemical laden protein powders that crowd the market, also makes it easily adaptable to use in other foods such as oatmeal or baking - pretty high g/protein per serving for only 90 cals (typical whey powders are 120-150 cals/serving for 22-25g of protein,1.5 scoops of this is 135cals for 30g of protein - great choice for post workout shakes or midday snacks with very good blendability, even in water

> 3 dayThis protein powder has a good taste, mixes well in a blender, and has high ratings for being free of chemicals and heavy metals. After some reading, I found this is one of the lowest cholesterol whey protein powder that was listed on the web. The puori brand one was the highest rated for quality. However that has more cholesterol. I bought this one and have been having it every few days after a hard workout. Not a lot of sugar and and no artificial sweeteners, which is good (to me. ) I will buy it again. I may try an unflavored protein. I would like to try the organic biochem, but it is much more expensive. Some notes: the scoop is buried in the canister and can be hard to find. The canister top seals well, so it stays fresh. If you don’t mix protein powders you probably don’t know that they don’t mix well in cold water or anything ice cold. Room temp for the best mixing. I use ice cold skim milk in a blender for 2 minutes with half a boiled green plantain, 2 tbsp peanut butter powder, 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt, half cup of Ezekiel cereal and the biochem whey. About 65 to 70 grams of protein. Mixes smooth.

> 3 dayBought 2 of these, then went with a generic brand which gave me indigestion. Im a senior woman with no health problems, but am underweight and tire easily. A smoothie in the morning perks me up and gets me through the day. Needless to say, Im back to Bio-Chem!
