> 3 dayGenerally protein isolate powders taste far superior to other forms of whey protein, this being a prime example. Great to get nearly pure protein (minimal other macros) + no lactose! Mixing with water - Creamy chocolate flavor with a coconut aftertaste, very pleasant but a bit thin [7.5/10] Mixing with 2% lactose free milk - Incredibly creamy and lush chocolate milk with coconut aftertaste, like candy. [9/10] Mixing with plain greek yogurt (1g:8g to 1g:10g ratio) - Chocolate-Coconut Custard! Tastes like ice cream while being practically pure protein. Balanced in whey and casein, perfect for bodybuilders. [10/10]

> 3 dayI bought this because it’s a brand that’s been tested to be free from heavy metals and BOA. I love the non-plastic packaging. It doesn’t clump when mixing but does give things a slightly off flavor when added to smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal etc.

Greater than one weekFrom what Ive read online, whey is one of the safest protein sources (the plant-based stuff sounds good until you read about all of the chemicals like arsenic, mercury and lead that come from the environment and are concentrated in particularly brown rice). The Natural version of this product doesnt list any sugars or sweeteners or artificial flavors. Using a full scoop (supplied but buried about half-way into the powder) makes a creamy glass of milk. I use half a scoop to make it last longer, and Im not sure I need the full 20g of additional protein. The product isnt very easy to dissolve, so I use a little bit of hot water and fill the rest of glass with whole milk to offset the dilution. Overall, exactly what is described.

> 3 dayLOVE this protein! Spent a long time looking at different proteins, but chose this one since I dont want a ton of protein or calories, especially since I also have this with a snack. 1 Scoop of the Natural flavor mixed with 8 ounces of Vanilla almond milk is DELICIOUS!! It is a bit clumpy when mixed with a spoon, but I personally dont mind that. Using a blender gets rid of the clump factor. Mixed with the almond milk, I thought this protein tasted very similar to a shake. I used the Sweetened Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Vanilla (its a little bit better than 1% milk, no cholesterol, no saturated fat, about 10 less calories, but less protein). I just started a weight training routine along with my husband and wanted to add just a bit of protein, so we split the 1 scoop + 8 oz between us, & plan to only have this on strength training days. We both get a decent amount of protein throughout the day, and also have a little snack after the shake, such as 1 tbsp peanut butter with Trader Joes Multi-Grain Crackers and half an apple. That adds another 6 protein, so we have a total of 15-17 protein with everything, depending on portions. I am not very knowledgable when it comes to nutrition, but recently I have been improving immensely. I have noticed since I added a lot more protein to my diet (steamed chicken mostly), my body feels MUCH better and I believe protein is the reason I am recovering faster. I am still at the beginning of my exercise routine, but I do push myself further as things get easier. I have lost 18.5 pounds in nearly two months, based off changes in diet & exercising for 45 minutes to 1 hour 5-6 days per week. Im hoping adding strength training & this protein powder will help me build some more muscle and further aid in getting healthier. I recently read a recipe for protein powder (you will need a blender) that claims to taste a bit like a Creamsicle. The recipe is as follows: - 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (since Natural is slightly Vanilla flavored, this might be fine- if not, Id imagine a touch of Vanilla extract would do the trick) - 1 Grapefruit (peeled) - A few ice cubes Blend and enjoy! I hope to try this out this weekend. If its awful, Ill come back to edit that. Id like to note that Grapefruit is very famous for its fat burning abilities (whether true or not), but check with your Doctor before having Grapefruit if you are taking Prescription medications- apparently it can be very dangerous & life threatening with certain pills. *Update: I hated the first recipe, but my husband enjoyed it. My favorite recipe uses Trader Joes frozen berry medley (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries). Recipe as follows: - 1 scoop Natural protein powder - 1 cup Vanilla almond milk - 3/4 cup Trader Joes Berry Medley Blend & enjoy! Natural flavor, 12.3 oz can Nutritional Info: Serving size: 1 scoop Servings per container: About 15 Calories: 90 Calories from fat: 0 Total Fat: 0 g Cholesterol: < 5 mg (< 1% DV) Total Carbohydrate: < 1 g (< 1% DV) Sugars: 0 g Protein: 20 g (40% DV) Calcium (as whey protein isolate, french vanilla flavor): 97 mg (10% DV) Phosphorus (as whey protein isolate, french vanilla flavor): 50 mg (5% DV) Magnesium (as whey protein isolate): 18 mg (55% DV) Sodium (as whey protein isolate, french vanilla flavor): 46 mg (2% DV) Potassium (as whey protein isolate, french vanilla flavor): 89 mg (3% DV) Whey Protein Isolate: 22 g (% DV based on 2000 calorie diet) Other ingredients: Natural french vanilla flavor, soy lecithin, xanthan gum. > 3 dayThe chocolate flavor is very tasty! I put 1/4 banana and skim milk into a blender, and it makes the closest thing one could have to a milkshake! It does contain sugar -- 120 calories per 2 scoop serving (scoop is included inside the product, probably near the bottom of the can!). It also contains the sweetener stevia. It works out to about $1/serving. One competing product has fewer calories, but the cost of the competing product is about twice as much. I wish Amazon included nutrition labeling for every product, but here is further nutrition labeling info, again per 2 scoop serving -- 20 grams protein (40% daily value), 8 grams carbs (3%), ZERO fat!! Product should be kept under 86 degree temps. I purchased this product for my high school football-playing son for protein, and for myself to fill me up and help lose weight. Im not sure if it will serve the purpose of helping me lose weight, but it certainly tastes GREAT, and is a great 120 calorie milkshake substitute! I will probably try their berry flavor next. Again -- did I say this already? -- the chocolate flavor tastes GREAT!!!

> 3 dayThis is a good product for body building or most people who just want to add protein into their diet. However, Ive had gastric bypass and need 20 grams of protein with almost NO added sugars. Id been using the natural (unflavored) version of this brand and really like it. Thought Id give the chocolate one a try. When it arrived I was disappointed to discover you need to use 2 scoops to get 20 grams of protein (unlike only 1 scoop in the natural.) Plus it contains 6 grams of sugar per 2 scoop serving. Thats not a whole lot for most people, but for some of us, thats just too much sugar. Other than that, this is a good protein supplement thats 100% whey protein isolate which is the fastest absorbing type of protein. Unfortunately I didnt taste it so I cant really tell you how good it tastes. For those who need less sugar, the natural one may be a better choice. It contains 0 grams of sugar per serving.

> 3 dayI, personally, did not like this at all. I tried it with milk and it tastes like milk gone bad. Tried it in a fruit smoothie with water and frozen oj concentrate, left a bad taste and feeling in my mouth. I couldnt drink it. When I open the container it smells like spoiled milk. Wasted money because I cant use it.
