> 24 hourI’ve never been disciplined enough to change out mop water or swiffer pads in the middle of a floor cleaning, so my floors have always ended up streaky or cloudy. Finally, with this machine, I can achieve shiny floors throughout my entire house! I love that it works on rugs, too, especially as it’s warming up outside and my kids and dog are tracking more dirt into the house on the daily. Great product!

> 24 hourThe title says it all. I have been on the hunt for a new multi purpose vacuum for a while now to clean up the various messes of our small children and large dogs. From muddy paws to spilled drinks and food, the HydroSteam does a great job keeping the house clean. I personally hate to mop and this product makes my life a whole lot easier. I couldnt recommend this product enough.

> 24 hourThis product is great on wood floors. It is very light compared to my Hoover wet carpet cleaner. I bought the attachment for the area rugs, but just not sure how good they are cleaned with the Bissell. Overall, I am very satisfied with the project.

> 24 hourNothing gets my floors cleaner. I was hesitant to buy this because so many reviews talked about a smell or that it stopped working. You have to clean it after every use, it’s worth it, but takes about 10 minutes to properly complete. That will keep it working and prevent the smells they talk about. You have to buy the cleaning products and I buy the brush cleaner for the cleaning cycle but if you understand this up front, there are no surprises. It’s a fantastic deep cleaning tool that’s as easy as vacuuming. The first few times I cleaned what I thought were clean floors, the water was almost black. I don’t know how anyone has kids or a dog without it!

> 24 hourI will preface by saying longevity is my real concern with all vacuums. I had previously owned a steam mop from this brand that broke within 6 months, so if this doesnt hold up long term I will update this review. Overall after testing this a few times, I like this for a deeper cleaning. Once a week or an unexpected mess. I have three cats and no kids, so your needs may vary. I sweep and spray mop pretty much every morning, but my main concern is dust and cat hair which is not the really the best use of this thing. The good-- it definitely picks up some grime my usual daily cleaning leaves behind. Its pretty easy to use, though a bit heavier than my stick vacuum I use everyday. It says it is good for sticky messes and I find that to be true. My whole house is old hardwood, tile, and area rugs. It works well on all these surfaces. I used the steam function on the hardwood to see how it would do, I use Weiman floor polish every month and I was happy to see that the steam function didnt dull that shine. The light on the front is a nice feature, and the machine is pretty quiet compared to other vacuums as well. The cons-- I dont love the proprietary cleaners, they arent cheap and it uses quite a bit. The little sample bottle of cleaning solution they sent only lasted about two cleanings for me. They are fine solutions and smell fresh, I just dont like being limited to these cleaners. They make the self-cleaning feature sound easy but its pretty time consuming to clean this thing as instructed. Its the main thing that keeps me from using this on a daily basis. You have to empty the dirty water, fill the tank with water and use another proprietary cleaner for the cycle, then you run the cycle, empty the dirty water tank again, rinse that, take out the brush roll, take out the filter and wash that, wipe out the cleaning tray, then let it all dry for 24 hours. It says to do all this every single time you use it, its kind of a pain. Cleaning out the dirty water tank is pretty gross, it has a strainer for solids so you dont have to dump all the hair down your drains but its kind of nasty. Pre-vacuuming kind of defeats the purpose of this but emptying a container of dry cat hair is a lot less nasty than a tank of wet hair. The last little annoyance, it doesnt fit in corners or under the edge of counters well. Other than that it does work as it says and I do like it. As long as it holds up better than my last Bissel Ill be happy. I think it would be a very useful thing for someone with messy kids or dogs that create a lot of wet or sticky situations.

> 24 hourThis thing is pretty powerful. I haven’t had any major cleanups yet, but its really great with our dogs. Between the dog hair and the occasional puppy pad mishap, this machine handles it. Most importantly the self-cleaning function makes me feel comfortable using it again after cleaning up dog urine.

> 24 hourThe Crosswave Hydrosteam works great on our LVP flooring and cleans up all of the stuck on messes that our Roomba mop does not. It was easy to set up and to clean the parts after use.

> 24 hourGreat product for dog owners. This time of year my back yard is very muddy. This has made the clean up for muddy paw prints very easy. I love that this unit has a self cleaning program. No more taking apart the machine to clean the brushes after every use. Great product for floors would not recommend for stairs this product does great on all types of floors.

> 24 hourCleans the floor pretty good and is good for my house with LVP everywhere, i do have to go over some spots a few times. Cleaning the machine is decent but careful when dumping the tank, theres loose pieces in it and theyll fall out if you dont take them out. overall i like it a lot and has a lot of good features and makes cleaning LVP floors pretty easy.
