Between a toddler and dog, this is just what I was looking for to clean up stubborn messes. Our hardwood floors have never looked cleaner and has become a staple in our cleaning closet. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love it!

With two muddy dogs and two muddy grandsons, this Bissell gets a workout on my LVP floors, leaving them clean with no streaks. On the ceramic tile in the bathroom, I am able to sanitize even the small space around the toilet. The entry rug had not been cleaned besides vacuuming for two years, and this Bissell got it light and bright. It even picks up dog hair without me having to vacuum ahead of time, which my mop or Swiffer wasn’t able to do. I wish the instruction manual was a little more in depth about the self-cleaning function, but I got the hang of it soon enough. Eliminating the step of vacuuming before mopping makes this Bissell a winner!

This thing is amazing! Vacuum and wash the floors at the same time is genius. The self cleaning cycle you can do at the end is great for keeping the roller brush and machine clean. I was amazed at what it picked up!

This is a very nice vaccuum/steam system. It is easy to fill / empty and takes a couple of minutes for the steam to build. It does a beautiful job sanitizing all of our wood look porcelain tile flooring. The vaccuum has been very versatile on all of our flooring, as well. Its easy to remove the dust bin and empty. Let me note that this is a powerful but heavy machine at more than 22lbs, so you do have to eat your Wheaties before using.

I just tried this machine out and the heavens opened, and angels are singing. It just did everything it promised YAY! I have all hard floors for 5 decades, so I’ve had plenty of mopping experience, and I’ve raised 3 sons, now a teen daughter I adopted, and numerous pets. The bonus plan is that since my husband will do almost any chore/task if it involves a noisy machine. He likes to vacuum, and loves to pressure wash driveway and patio/pool deck etc. My scheme is to show him this, and fingers crossed, he’ll do some of the floor washing.

I got the liquids mentioned in the ad but no extra brush and received one extra filter where the photo has 2. Cant wait to try it. Will post new review after experience.

I’ve only used it once and I’m already so in love with it. I have to admit I was skeptical of buying this product since its not cheap and is fairly new on the market so there’re still not many reviews out there but I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. It is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! I have 3 very active and extremely high shedding Australian Shepherds. Our yard is not fenced so their main play areas are my living room, dinning room and kitchen. The amount of dirty or muddy paw-prints I get on my floors every single day is ridiculous. I don’t have clean floors for more than a day for sure. Until now my go to cleaning method was the O-Cedar mop but I literally had to mop the whole place & change my mop water over 4 times before I could get a dirty mop water that was even remotely close to been clean & it kills by back in the process. The fact that this Bissel keeps the dirty & clean water separately was life changing from just the first use. My dirty water tank looked absolutely disgusting after doing my living, dinning rooms and kitchen with the STEAM setting. I have not tried the hard floors setting yet but the STEAM removed all the muddy pawprints from my floor from just one pass. Now I’ll actually be more excited to clean cause its so easy. How does it do with dog hair? Well I have to admit I used the dog rubber broom before I used my vacuum-mop cause the mountains of dog hair i had were ridiculous but of course there was some remaining hair left and the bissel did pick it up. If it was to much it would get clogged but it is a supper easy fix. Just remove the dirty water tank and remove the hairs on the strainer & you are good to go. Going over super quick with the dog broom before using it still makes it a lot easier than using a regular vacuum and mopping 3-4 times. I had 0 issues with hair getting stuck on the brush. If you dont have high shedding dogs or are planning on daily use you can for sure skip that step. How long does the clean water last? I have a fairly large kitchen, dinning room and living room and I only had to fill the water tank twice. (Still better than changing mop water 4-5 times) The self cleaning setting and. At least I hope thats what it was. Right out of the box mine did not produce any steam at all.. it didnt even get warm. Without the steam its still clean my floor pretty well, but I am returning it.
