Bissell TurboClean PowerBrush Pet Carpet Cleaner, 2987,Green/ Black

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this lifted the dirt and stains.from my carpet. I have a rescue dog who has separation anxiety so he pees and this machine cleaned that too. The downside to this machine is that the holding tanks are rather small so you can only clean a very small area before having to empty the dirty tank and refill the clean tank. I also wish this had a wand or extension to clean closer to the walls and couches.

It definitely cleans the carpet very well. You do have to fill and empty often but wasnt a big deal. I would be great if it was easier to clean funk from the roller and everything but overall would recommend

This is a very easy-to-use carpet shampoo machine nicely sized for home use, although I wouldnt recommend it for a very large house with acres of carpet. It is NOT a vacuum, as such -- you want to always vac the carpets thoroughly before using this machine, because its not designed to pick up heavy sand, bits of paper or thread, or small objects like dropped paper clips. It does, however, do an admirable job on ground-in dirt and stains. I do wish the two containers -- the top for cleaning mix, the bottom for waste water and dirt -- were larger. As it is, if youre being careful and doing overlapping strips, you dont get a very large area finished before its time to dump the waste and fill up with more clean water. I suspect, however, that this complaint is probably true for virtually ALL home-sized cleaning machines. Thats why if I were doing a whole house or large empty apartment, Id probably go rent a larger machine. But for small jobs (spills, soiled entryways and hallways, etc.) this machine totally fills the bill. The unit seems to be very nicely and thoughtfully designed generally, and well assembled. It was packed very well. But do resign yourself to popping another $20 to $30 for a large container of Bissell Cleaning Concentrate (for upright machines) as the tiny starter bottle goes quickly.

Got the Bissell Shampooer & used the next day, I have 2 cats and a small amount of carpet it worked so well just like using a vaccum ckeaner very pleased & the price was exellent

Love this machine! I didn’t realize how dirty my rug was until I cleaned it with this machine! I have 2 big dogs and vacuum daily and this is how clean it got it! Very easy to use the machine and very easy to clean the parts afterwards. Does a great job pulling the water back out too! It is a smaller machine and lite so it does not hold a huge amount of solution or dirty water.

I ordered this BISSELL TurboClean DualPro Pet Carpet Cleaner and a part came broken/missing. I called Amazon thinking they’d have me contact Bissell for that individual piece, or perhaps they would call Bissell. But NOPE, (!!) they opted to just send me a completely new shampooer!! Totally blew me away… Now that’s GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Might I mention I had already used the shampooer and it works like a charm, cleaning my carpet to a new condition!! Very, very, pleased with it!!

Hot tip- make sure to move very, very slowly over the sprayed area so the machine can suck up as much nasty fluid as possible. This is the best purchase Ive made in a long time. Thank you!

Ours arrived today and we are cleaning carpets! White carpet. I thought we were the cleanest people even with pets. This little might mister is cleaning hair from our carpet in wads! And it’s cleaning so good! It’s easy, light weight, and so easy t fill and empty- and believe me we are filling and nothing water I’m ashamed to show y’all! I promise you won’t be disappointed in this machine. We had a bissell small one that’s good but I had trouble getting on my knees to use it. This upright one is awesome!!!

I used this Bissell in my area rug in den. I have 3 dogs and 10 grandkids.I live in GA. Red mud and clay. Works like a champ Pulls all the grind in dirt up. Mud, spills and doggie accidents I have bought two of these. First one my daughters borrowed and never brought back.lol So got another one clean constantly with it . Excellent size and price. Not to heavy to push either. The container started leaking alittle but I use alot. Would be nice to have an opening on top to just pour it in also. Good buy holds up well.

This is a great product to use for smaller areas. I’ve used the large cleaners you rent at the hardware store many times. They have their uses. But for the normal situation at home this more than adequate. Easy to use, lightweight, easy to handle, this unit cleans well where there are light to moderate levels of dirt. We like it very much. One note: while this unit doesn’t flood your carpet with solution, the solution does penetrate to the back of the carpet. We found it very helpful to place an old shower curtain between the carpet and pad and to expose the back if the carpet to the air for drying. We also utilized a fan. We do not know how this unit works with wall to wall carpeting, just how it works with large area rugs.
