I am very careful about what I put into my body. I make sure to eat only all natural foods and things that are actually healthy and help me. I do not like pre workout or energy drinks as I do not like the way the ingredients make me feel. However this was different! The ingredients are very healthy, it tastes great and it actually gives me real energy rather then making me feel all hopped and jittered up on caffeine! Tasted good, mixes well and it works. I wanted extra energy to survive my 3pm slump when I walk a mile to pick up my 4 kids from school. But I didnt want any caffeine. This drink does the trick! The taste is incredible. Its like a fruity drink. Just be sure to get a good shaker for the best consistency. Ive also been adding it to my smoothies on occassion, and it adds a great flavor. As a working mom, I spend a lot of my day chugging coffee and still being tired. Hydration is something Ive ignored. This drink is amazing for helping me hydrate, add energy, and cut the caffeine.

When I take infra-fight I feel like I’m at a different level physically. I take it before an endurance run or long swim and I feel like I’m able to break barriers and truly push myself. I’ve taken it before the gym and had similar results. The taste is also great. I’d recommend it to anyone.
