Im a full-time hospital worker and started training BJJ after work 2-3x/week and do weights/cardio at the gym 3x/week. This supplement is incredible and is exactly what Ive been looking to take in between my workout sessions. Ive waited for a while after purchasing to review this product so I could give an honest review, and frankly, this is a great product. After seeing a clip of the late John Meadows preaching about the benefits of intra-workout, I decided to try one for myself. Ive been drinking about 3/4 of a serving during my workout and 1/4 afterward. In the few weeks Ive been taking it intra-workout, Ive noticed significantly more energy in the latter half of my workouts and a much better ability to recover. Normally I finish my workouts feeling depleted, but I feel great now and the workouts have been flying by. The ability to keep up the intensity and have energy at the end of a workout makes a world of a difference. It also tastes good and doesnt make me sick, which is a very difficult balance to strike with supplements in my opinion.
