Prepping for MMA fights I usually endure 2-3 training sessions a day and many times a minimum of 90min workouts. Many times I have to go back to back training sessions. The 30grams of carbs help me with the energy to power through workouts without feeling sluggish. Intra Fight helps w/ my mental clarity and focus is key during these training sessions. I actually enjoy the “suck” of hard training sessions and I’m mentally there because my body is fueled. Lol) Here’s a little hack… Mix your drink 2 hours before practice and throw it in the freezer. When it gets a little icy and slushy, it’s like drinking an Acai bowl. So, just let me tell you guys a little bit about myself I am a full-time construction worker, and I also train 5 to 6 days a week, and in my training sessions are always after work, so you can imagine how tired and exhausted I am, and I had to say that this product is amazing. You can take care before during or after you can actually feel the difference as soon as you drink it, and overall delivers on everything it says it would. I totally recommend it for anybody that works hard and trains super hard and you wanna push yourself one more hour or one more session. This is the product for you.
