No complaints about this product. It tasted great and I felt really hydrated. Highly recommend it if youre doing physical activities for long periods of time.

This powder gives great hydration and rehydration for extreme work outs. Being light pink in color, it mixes well and goes down smoothly. The taste is very berry like and a bit sweet. I use it before and after my works and have noticed increased energy and better recovery.

Prepping for MMA fights I usually endure 2-3 training sessions a day and many times a minimum of 90min workouts. Many times I have to go back to back training sessions. The 30grams of carbs help me with the energy to power through workouts without feeling sluggish. Intra Fight helps w/ my mental clarity and focus is key during these training sessions. I actually enjoy the “suck” of hard training sessions and I’m mentally there because my body is fueled. I have the energy w the carbs, the electrolytes help w not cramping, and it’s prepping my body for the next hard session. (Not to mention it takes just like Acai. Lol) Here’s a little hack… Mix your drink 2 hours before practice and throw it in the freezer. When it gets a little icy and slushy, it’s like drinking an Acai bowl. I am very careful about what I put into my body. I make sure to eat only all natural foods and things that are actually healthy and help me. I do not like pre workout or energy drinks as I do not like the way the ingredients make me feel. However this was different! The ingredients are very healthy, it tastes great and it actually gives me real energy rather then making me feel all hopped and jittered up on caffeine! Tasted good, mixes well and it works. Love this!!!

Wow I don’t even know where to begin. I train 5x a week and with everything else happening in life, I am exhausted by the time I step on the mats. I’ve been looking for a supplement that could help me get push through training and stumbled upon this gem. As someone who trains Jiu-Jitsu and Judo I am always looking for ways to improve my endurance and energy. I have been using carb supplements for awhile now. This Acai Bowl flavor is incredible. Wasn’t expecting that at all. Noticeable difference with reduced fatigue and sustained energy after every use. Big fan of the all natural ingredients. I’ve gone through a lot of these endurance products and this one has hands down helped me the most.

I am so happy with this product. This intra-fight formula checks off all my boxes for hydration and natural energy during a workout. First of all, its delicious.
