> 24 hourI thought the product was very good overall. I think the taste is nice because its not overpowering like you get with some other similar products. I find I get sick of the overpowering flavors. I have had it a few times, including before a run, after a run, and after a night of drinking. I felt it gave me good recovery after working out/being dehydrated. I also thought it helped give me any energy boost before working out. My brother used it after a long night out and took some before running the next day. He said it helped him get him through the back half of his long run. Overall good product and good taste. Would love to see this expand and have other flavors in the future!
