I have tried various products similar to this one but none have tasted this good. Usually these type of products leave a chemical taste that I never really cared for. When I tried this I was pleasantly surprised by how good and natural it tasted. I also like the stamina boost that I gives me when working out. I usually lift weights then do cardio and by the end of my workout I have little to no energy. When I use this product I do not have this problem and cardio is much easier after lifting. Even when I’m not working out or doing any significant physical activity I mix this with my water just to hydrate myself throughout the day.
