Im not a BJJ enthusiast, but I recently tried this product based on the recommendation of a friend. Now that we survived and they are back in school, Ive kept taking it to promote recovery. It gives a clean boost of energy without any jitters or messed up sleep that I get from afternoon caffeine. I cannot get over how amazing this product is. I thought I was going to get something to the likes of Gatorade or Liquid IV. With that being said it’s nothing like that. It doesn’t just hydrate you it gives you the ability to train hard and long. Normally I start to hit a wall after 5-6 hard rolls, but with this it feels like I can go all day. It has become a training necessity for me, and the one time I forgot to bring it I immediately felt the difference. This review honestly doesn’t do it justice and you really have to try it out for yourself to see.

If you are looking for somthing to give you intense but steady energy with a load of hydration, this is exactly what you need. If you are going into a workout or hitting the mats for some sparring, this has everything you need to stay in game longer. It is a delicious taste and no chaulky feeling afterwards. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Great product. Clean, good flavor. My energy at the gym has increased exponentially when taken pre-workout especially in the brutally cold months where getting to the gym is more difficult than usual. I will definitely reorder this product.

Tastes really good! Not only do I use them for working out but also when I want some refreshing drink.

I thought the product was very good overall. I think the taste is nice because its not overpowering like you get with some other similar products. I find I get sick of the overpowering flavors. I have had it a few times, including before a run, after a run, and after a night of drinking. I felt it gave me good recovery after working out/being dehydrated. I also thought it helped give me any energy boost before working out. My brother used it after a long night out and took some before running the next day. He said it helped him get him through the back half of his long run. Overall good product and good taste. Would love to see this expand and have other flavors in the future!

I often work out in the morning with very high intensity, and Intra has been a game changer for me. Usually Im very groggy in the morning while working out, and only until I come back home I feel refreshed. But Intra really puts me in the zone. I get hyper-focused and am able to bang out many hard sets without getting fatigued. I have yet to try it for swimming, which Im sure it will be amazing for. Cant wait to do sprints with this stuff.
