Wow! I was absolutely blown away by Intra-Flight. To preface, I train 3+ hours a day, 6-7 days a week. I’ve tried about every Intra carb and hydration powder on the market and haven’t really enjoyed any of them. They either had crap, processed ingredients or didn’t provide enough hydration benefit. Along comes Intra-Flight which introduced to me by one of my training partners. For me, it checks all the boxes on what I need in an Intra carb and hydration drink.
