BLACK+DECKER Level Tool (BDSL10), Red & Black, 36-Inch

This works wonderfully for hanging pictures. Makes it easy.

I use the level because I am an avid DIY person. Because it has other features it comes in handy when you are working alone. I am very pleased with the product and happy with the service provided my Amazon.

The level itself is great but the markers on it are not flush with the back of the level so most pencils won’t even touch the wall unless you really sharpen it thin.

I saw this level at Target and it was cheaper on Amazon so I bought it and it is very nice. Sturdy and the back has spring loaded grips for grabbing the walls. The slider in the middle is really nice for lining up where you need to put nails or screws for pictures. Highly recommend this level.

I bought the 36 Accu-Mark level for both my husband and FIL for Christmas. both loved the concept and Im sure it would be a great product if it were actually leveled. We started using it for a big project 2 weeks ago (replacing kitchen cabinets) and noticed that it wasnt in agreement with our other shorter (12) level. Hubby put it on one side, it said that it wasnt level bubble on the left, flipped it over and it still wasnt level but the bubble was on the right. Theres no obvious curving, rocking or other damage indicators.We borrowed another 36 level from a neighbor to check it out as well. FIL has only used his to hang pictures but hes going to check his out over the weekend. Oh, and Black & Decker is difficult to get a hold of (phone only - no email) so their 2 year warranty might be up before we can actually talk to someone about this problem (I have the 800 number but I dont have time to sit on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time).

this thing has great features (love the movable targets) but I wonder how reliable and exact the vials are.

I ordered this tool to replace a plastic level that broke after I dropped it. I was surprised at the quality of the product and expect the aluminum structured product to last a long time. I appreciated that I didnt have to drive to the tool store to get a quality item and that Amazon delivered it to my door in no time. All in all, a pleasant experience.

I hate the Black & Decker brand for reasons that would take entirely too long to explain. However, this little gem of a product is the Bees knees, elbows and ankles.

This is a great level! It works wonderfully for single handed use due to the textured metal upper/lower area and the rubber pads on the back, which help to secure it to the wall while marking measurements with your other hand. It is constructed very nicely and is extremely durable, while remaining lightweight :) I dont see that it will need replacing anytime soon, even after a ton of use! It is a very large level, so make sure this is the size you will be needing...otherwise you probably wont find it to be very useful. The only downside to the level is that the sliding pieces along the middle have a fairly large gap between them when pushed all the way to the center, making it unable to measure anything that needs small spacing between it. Other than that, I absolutely love it and have used it for everything from hanging picture frames along the wall to mounting my TV. I would definitely recommend this product.

As a single woman I use this all the time and it makes decorating so much easier.
