> 3 dayMy daughter and her husband are using it while on a trip with my 1-year old grandson, so I gave it an average rating of 3 stars until they get back with me on its qualities.

Greater than one weekLittle miss independent doesnt always want to hold out hand when we go out for walks- this lets her have the freedom to walk around on her own but still not be free enough to just wander away. Dont let the people who freak out about the idea of putting a leash on your kid discourage you, it works great and they love it. She knows that she can walk around almost on her own while wearing this, and actually goes to get it and bring it to us when she wants to go for a walk. She is so proud of herself for being able to click it on. Its also very nice when your kid decides theyre tired of walking and wants to get picked up because it makes it really nice to hold on to them while theyre up on your shoulders; you dont need to use two hands and can just hold on to the harness with one.

> 3 dayWe have tried a couple of different leashes and this one works best for my youngest. Pros: -The clips lock! No more concerns about kiddos releasing themselves/messing with Velcro! -The harness and child wrist components are interchangeable. Sometime LO wants to run so the harness is helpful. Sometimes they want to hold my hand (but still tend to wander) so the wrist component is great -The harness part can stay on while the child is riding in the stroller, carrier or on an amusement park ride. No need to take the harness off! Just unclip the back of the harness from leash/the parents’ bracelet. No more trying to wrangle the harness on & off Cons: -We haven’t found a great fit. It’s comfortable, the waist belt is big enough but it would be nicer if the harness (from shoulders to waist) had more length/adjustability.

> 3 dayTook my nearly 3-year old son backpacking; he’s about 34inches and 25lbs. Veered off trail and hit soft sand. He lost his footing and slid down a ravine. I was already braced (due to my backpack) and just a bit too far to grab him. I grabbed the leash halfway, so he slid down about 2.5-3feet. Then I hauled him up by the leash/harness! So thankful it was as durable as it was, since I just saw reviews saying theirs snapped or broke easily. My kid’s not a runner, so I didn’t worry about the recoil effect when choosing this. I wanted something to help keep him close on hiking trails. This did that, and even helped save his life…the ravine was deep!

> 3 dayThis!!! Buy it. Right now. Every single parent should have this. I dont care. I have a 2 year old who loves to get down out of the buggy and walk around independently. This gives parents peace of mind and some freedom to browse the shelves/clothing rack either at grocery store or mall, etc. with your little attached to you, they cant run off and theres no fear of someone grabbing them. Even seeing this device I would think would ward off child abductors because you can see its clearly attached to the parents wrist! Theres no fear that they will unhook it because its extremely durable plus it comes with a plastic key which is only accessable on your wristband that you wear. This is freaking genius!!!!!!

> 3 dayI ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEE THIS!!!! I decided to remove the harness part because my son didn’t like it and just attached the wrist part to his wrist while it’s connected to my wrist. It makes him feel as though we are apart of a team and it’s not as degrading to me as an actual “leash” People are so judgmental and they will never understand as parents why we are so paranoid, I feel so much safer now when out in public because he is literally attached to me. It allows him to have his own independence to walk on his own meanwhile it’s also providing me with a peace of mind!!!

> 3 dayGreat purchase. I love being able to take my toddler outside places and let him have able to walk without worrying about him running away or getting snatched. One of my favorite purchases. I use it to go on walks, at the mall, zoo, and around the yard. My toddler doesnt mind it, he is 1.5 years old. Will definitely be taking this along with the stroller on all outings.

Greater than one weekI was concerned about taking my grandson (who is autistic) out to Lego Land w/o having him securely connected to me. It was easy to use and gave an increased level of comfort knowing we were connected. Theres nothing more important than knowing your child/grandchild is safe.
