Me before kids: ugh, a kid in a leash? Some people shouldn’t be parents. Me with 1 kid: I get it’s hard but it can be done without treating your kids like dogs . Me with 2 kids: okay, maybe like an airport or amusement park? Me with 3 kids: Did you guys know they made handcuffs for kids?!!! In all honestly, we got this after a few dashes into a busy street during school drop off (luckily empty each time). Works well and tough for even an escape artist to get off without your approval.

Worked great for us in a busy area with lots of people. Comfortable and my son had enough room to move around and not get to far from us.

I have a runner so this is a great concept and overall served our needs for a visit to the zoo. However a few cons are: -The tether is springy and so when my son darts off and I have hold of the other end it pulls him back with a little bit of force and made him fall more than once. Not a big fall but still knocked him on his butt. -the tether is really long and allows too much distance between us, which also allows the potential for innocent bystanders to get tangled up with us if youre not careful. This didnt happen but I see the potential. For good measure in addition to the wrist strap i also held onto the tether about halfway down to shorten the distance. This negates the hands free intention unfortunately. -i couldnt quite get the shoulder straps secure enough on my son. They kept wanting to slide off his shoulders overtime. The waist strap was fine though and there was still no way he could get out of it. I do like how the harness can stay on and the leash just clips on and off as needed. It still served its purpose and was better than not having anything however I will likely try other products before going back to this.

Very soft padding. Strong leash. Not enough material for slightly large wrists. Wish there was more length to expand for husbands wrist.

This harness has been a real winner for me. I took him to a Monster Jam show & a cave trip and he was never able to get away from me or slip out of the harness. My kid has previously defeated anything so this was relaxing to keep him next to me. The locking latches with a key and the cable were durable and reliable. The wrist band that fits on the adult is padded and could be tight but not uncomfortable. Just make sure that you adjust the harness straps so the kid can not wiggle out, once adjusted my kid could not get out of it.

We have tried a couple of different leashes and this one works best for my youngest. Pros: -The clips lock! No more concerns about kiddos releasing themselves/messing with Velcro! -The harness and child wrist components are interchangeable. Sometime LO wants to run so the harness is helpful. Sometimes they want to hold my hand (but still tend to wander) so the wrist component is great -The harness part can stay on while the child is riding in the stroller, carrier or on an amusement park ride. No need to take the harness off! Just unclip the back of the harness from leash/the parents’ bracelet. No more trying to wrangle the harness on & off Cons: -We haven’t found a great fit. It’s comfortable, the waist belt is big enough but it would be nicer if the harness (from shoulders to waist) had more length/adjustability.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEE THIS!!!! I decided to remove the harness part because my son didn’t like it and just attached the wrist part to his wrist while it’s connected to my wrist. It makes him feel as though we are apart of a team and it’s not as degrading to me as an actual “leash” People are so judgmental and they will never understand as parents why we are so paranoid, I feel so much safer now when out in public because he is literally attached to me. It allows him to have his own independence to walk on his own meanwhile it’s also providing me with a peace of mind!!!

I bought this because I was flying alone with my 18mth old and it came in handy when I wanted to given him a little bit of freedom without running off too far. This device sort of “freed” up my hand (which would have been holding his) so that I could eat something while at the airport. My toddler is 2 now and I am flying solo again with him soon and will definitely use this again since he now starts to run off.

The lock is amazing because my toddler knows to get out of everything and unlock things. He doesnt mind this tough and doesnt mess with the lock but its nice to know someone cant just unhook him from me or unhook him from the harness and take him.

We love ours! It gives our toddler freedom while also giving us peace of mind that he is not able to escape.
