Great product. Easy to use. Was easier to use than finding and opening the waterbed plug.

This is the 2nd time I have received Sapphire Collection Blue Magic Waterbed Conditioner instead of Blue Magic All Purpose Waterbed Conditioner, which is a better quality product. This distributor, Mattress Firm Inc., has a history of this practice so I feel this is more than a mistake. I will not deal with them again. Blue Magic All Purpose Waterbed Conditioner has always worked well for me for over 30 years.

I hate to give it a low rating. I dont know if it really works but it definitely has a strong smell. I thought my waterbed was leaking but no, the smell actually just penetrates through all the layers. My bed consists of 10 individual chambers so I actually took the time to divide the bottle up into 10 equal parts to fill each chamber. It would be helpful if it came with instructions for that or useful tips. Not expected. Just a suggestion.

Its really unfortunate that this is pretty much the only product out there for waterbeds. You smell the chemicals before you even get to the room. The box they were delivered in also did not contain the scent - I knew what it was without opening the box. You would think after you pour them in the mattress and seal it up that you would no longer smell it, but you would be wrong.

Good value and packaged well. If you only need a partial bottle you must measure out the correct amount as there are no markings or see through spaces on the bottle.
