> 3 dayEvery waterbed must have algaecide every year or two (depending on amount you use). This takes care of the conditioning of the vinyl mattress and keeps algae at bay.

> 3 dayHow well can you really tell it works? I assume it takes months to know if it does what it should.

> 3 dayNot much of the product review but how it was package to me was the problem. I got two bottles the one bottle was fine but the other seem like it was close right because of the small leakage inside the bag. Not a way I wanted to open a package then feel conditioner on my hands to found out that small of the product been leaking out. They should package better but other than that the product is fine

> 3 dayWe got a replacement matress and filled it up. We realized we didnt have water conditioner so I ordered this one and waited for it to arrive. In the meantime there was no smell. We have had a waterbed over 40 years and have replaced matresses, liners and heaters. We have put conditioner in mattresses many times but never have we had an experience with a conditioner before. The smell was so overwhelming we had to drain out the water, throw away the mattress and the liner. There was no leak but the smell was coming out anyway. I dont know what is going on with this product but the chemical smell was terrible!
