Not much of the product review but how it was package to me was the problem. I got two bottles the one bottle was fine but the other seem like it was close right because of the small leakage inside the bag. Not a way I wanted to open a package then feel conditioner on my hands to found out that small of the product been leaking out. They should package better but other than that the product is fine

This product does work and it also has a nice smell that makes the whole bedroom smell good for about a week. I can no longer find this product in the stores so I am happy that I can order it on line.

Did they change the formula? This stuff has a strong chemical type smell once I added it to my waterbed. My lungs and sinuses are so irritated I can hardly breath. I don’t remember it smelling like that the first two years I used it, but now it’s so bad I can smell it throughout my house, and I put it in over a week ago. I found some instructions on line for making your own waterbed conditioner. I think I’ll try that. I won’t be using Blue Magic again.

As a long time owner of a waterbed, I know the importance of maintaining the liner and water inside. I have owned my bed over 20 years and have never had an issue with it. I have always used products to maintain it. I moved to a new home 10 years ago and was concerned about the move with this bed. I can’t promise you the same long term results that I have had but using this product (twice a year) will certainly help with longevity. The bed made the move perfectly. The only comment I can add to what others have said is that I never had any problems with odors after its use. When initially opened, you can smell the product but not after adding to the water and sealing it up again. Will definitely purchase again.
