Absolutely loves it, the sound quality can not be matched!! Pricey but worth it in sound!

Misrepresented, but quality product.

Zunächst war ich von den ANC-Kopfhörern sehr begeistert, vor allem wegen der Tonqualität. Am 1. April endete die Rückgabefrist, seit dem 2. April funktioniert die Ansage-Stimme im Kopfhörer nicht mehr, sodass man nicht mehr weiß, welche Einstellungen gerade aktiv sind. Der Kopfhörer schaltet auch nicht mehr zwischen aware und quiet um. Was geht als nächstes kaputt?

My experience with Amazon service is good. The Bose QC45 overall is good, the ear cups are not as comfortable as its older model QC25 and other brand like Sony WH-1000XM4 and WH-1000XM5.

Great sound and excellent noise cancellation. Really appreciate the option to use it in wired mode; not many BT headphones do that nowadays. I like the tactile buttons on this model and prefer them over gesture controls which are prone to accidental use. I still have old QCs, as well as a bunch of BT and wired Sonys and other Bose models. The QC45 however are the preferred pick for travel. Pro tip - the case can hold extra charging cables and a Kindle voyager.

Great sound, but due to the light color, mine look dirty already with light wear after 3 weeks. Should have ordered a darker color.

I once had a pair of beats that seemed to break every six months; after my 5th replacement broke, I gave up and brought a pair of the Bose for myself, its been three years, and theyre still going strong. I got these for my son - he loves em. Well worth it. I also got a pair of sock earpad covers to absorb the sweat when I work out - it has helped preserve the life of the cushion.
