Great sound, great quality and just look lovely.

The sound quality is really subpar for a pair of Bose. It sounds no better than my apple airpods, and Im in no way a sound snob! My old cabled Bose headphones from over 5 years ago has a clearer sound and better bass than these ones. I tried comparing it with the supplied cable but the sound is still meh, and the process to get music playing through the cable but still have noise cancellation on (aka having Bluetooth on) is rather awkward; youd have to actively disconnect it from Bluetooth or change your phones audio output somehow. On that note, the cable included feels very flimsy and low quality, and if you use the cable the volume buttons do not adjust your phones volume but the headphones internal volume somehow; while you can max out the volume this way, the pause/skip button does not work at all if you use the cable. Noise cancellation is alright but if its just that it is not worth nearly 500$. I really enjoyed my old cabled pair of Bose (costed me 350$CAD or so), and thinking that I could trust the quality and cost effectiveness of Bose, I bought these new ones as an upgrade.. What a huge disappointment! What happened to you Bose?

I absolutely LOVE these headphones!

I am really happy with these all the way around. The ear pads are comfortable and cover my ears completely. The headband has ample padding and adds comfort to a lightweight package. The included case is sized well for the headphones and provides good protection.

Everything you expect from Bose. Sleek, great sound quality, and amazing noise cancellation. Had no problems sleeping on a 13 hour international flight in coach with these on.

I had a great pair of Beats Solo3 headphones. I purchased these Bose ones for their noise cancelling, and I’m not disappointed. Noticeably better than the Beats. However, their sound quality was noticeably worse than the Beats.
