As always, Bose sound quality is great. I have had many previous models of these headphones. They always get better. Super sleek, light weight, comfortable on the head, and most importantly great sound quality. I use these when I want a super focused work session in my home office. They do not disappoint at all!

I use these for traveling. They are so comfortable over the ears for long periods of time, and the noise cancelling is excellent. These totally remove ambient noises on aircraft. I also use these to listen to music/podcasts when using loud equipment (chop saws, leaf blowers). Battery life is excellent, these will easily last for a transatlantic flight.

I honestly cannot provide a review of the product or the seller. The headphones did not work for our application (using a wired connection to a Roku TV remote) so we returned them. The product probably worked fine, and the seller refunded our money promptly so we have no complaints there. Bose, however, is very disappointing. We already have several Bose products, but their customer service for this item was abysmal. I attempted several times to explain our desired use of the product, and the answer always began with Download the bluetooth application. . . To a TV!!???? This was frustrating and infuriating. I would LOVE to fully vent my feelings, but I wont because it would not be very civil. Just disappointing.

Great headphones, got a stellar deal on Prime Day.

Bought these for travel but have also used them with my tv at night - I can finally hear the dialogue without blasting the tv. Not sure why music has to be so loud lately, or if they just don’t enunciate well.

Dopo un pò di tempo scrivo questa recensione sui feedback di mia figlia di 23 anni, vera utilizzatrice delle cuffie. La scelta è caduta su queste oltre che per lofferta, 242 euro, anche perchè più adatte alla conformazione delle orecchie di mia figlia, che sono molto piccole. Quindi potevano benissimo essere sony o sennheiser, non cerano preconcetti, semplicemente una questione ergonomica. Non sono materiali premium a livello di sennheiser, vero, ma comunque si tratta di altissimo livello, nylon e fibra di vetro, che per una cuffia pagata meno di 250 neuro sono tanta roba. La riproduzione musicale mi viene riferito essere ottima, ovviamente non è un giudizio audiofilo ma posso dire che ho constatato per il poco che le ho usate il classico suono bose, che se piace è il top. I miei gusti mi spingono verso sennheiser ma gli amanti di bose saranno felici. La soppressione del rumore, senza tanti livelli ma solo on off, è strepitosa a dire di mia figlia che la usa per studiare in biblioteca (non esattamente un luogo silenzioso come dovrebbe) ed anche sui mezzi in mezzo alla bolgia della metro oppure sul treno. Non avendo provato sony o sennheiser non so se è migliore o peggiore la soppressione del rumore, se fosse migliore sarebbe veramente incredibile! La batteria con la soppressione del rumore attiva dura veramente molto, almeno 15-18 ore ma sfido chiunque ad utilizzarle in modo continuativo per tutto questo tempo. Insomma le cinque stelle le dò perchè il prodotto le merita se rapportato al prezzo pagato, non faccio certo paragoni con le cuffie a filo che possiedo o con dispositivi di fascia di prezzo superiore, ma affermo con certezza che sotto i 250 si farà molta fatica a trovare di meglio. Infine un difetto: se connesse con due dispositivi (nel mio caso apple) a volte la connessione fa i capricci e cade. Dalla app è preferibile disconnettere quello che non si sta usando, ma penso che sia un problema risolvibile attraverso aggiornamenti firmware.

The cord used when not wireless keeps on breaking. I had to replace a first time. Then it broke again, same exact way as the First time!!!

Fits well. Sound mediocre. My TV sounds better. Has to download ap for these. They paired with my Samsung s10e and my avantree blue tooth which I use for the TV. I was listening to the TV the shut it off to listen to music on my phone. Couldnt do it. Tried to reconnect by turning off the phone bluetooth and then back on. Did not work. Tried to re-pair via blue tooth and phone said I had to have a ap. I already had the ap. No go. Also going in the ap the mode menu doesnt always come up. Frustrating. My syrythem nc25 pairs 2 devices without an ap and I can switch back and forth with no problem and they were only 69.00 and sound better too. Sent the Bose back and and awaiting a refund.
