These headphones are excellent for combating overwhelm. Great at minimizing obnoxious or repetitive sounds. There are some loud sounds I do still hear but only when I’m not playing music. Sound quality is great. Ear pieces sit around my ears rather than on top of them and the material is very soft so it does not bug me when I wear them for long periods of time. Absolutely would recommend.

Do not waste your time on expensive earbuds. Bose knows!!!!

I got the product while on sale, made an amazing gift. Got the chance to try it, honestly on par with the Sony headphones. These are tad bit smaller in comparison, but still deliver same result. I recommend due to how they just seem to stay on no matter the movement.

While not producing total blocking of background noise --but that is sometimes a good thing!-- the quality of the sound is very good and balanced.

I love these headphones. I get overwhelmed by sounds sometimes and was looking for over the ear headphones that can block out sounds. I have never owned anything Bose in my life and after research chose the QC45. These blew me away, as soon as you put them on and turn on every sound gets hushed. Theyre also very comfortable at one point I fell asleep with them on. I own a pair of airpod pros and these are better for sounds quality. The only downside Ive noticed is the battery dies quickly.

I can’t hear anything! In a good way!! The quiet mode on these is surreal. I use them for editing and sometimes feel like I’m coming out of a trance when I take them off. They cancel noise phenomenally, but the aware mode is great too when you still need to hear if your baby has woken up from her nap (but still want to slightly tune out your husband). Super comfortable, pairs to 2 devices at a time. The app is easy to use to toggle between connected devices. I got them on prime day but would totally pay full price if I had to.
