Great little unit with very good sound

I can not get it to connect

This speaker is rugged. I take it with me on my camping trips, out in the boat, pretty much anytime Im outside. I left it out in the rain one night. Figured it was done,, but still works great. Theres a rubber strap on the back thats super easy to hook/unhook. I usually strap it to the handle of my little cooler, or catch all bag and Ive never had issues with it falling off. That being said, I dont know if Id trust it to stay strapped to my bike handlebars if Im on rough terrain. Its got plenty of volume even in windy conditions. The sound is crystal clear even if its a little lacking on the low end. I think the six hour battery life is underestimated. Ive let it play all day and never saw it run out, although I dont play it at max volume. The output is impressive considering its size. In the outdoors, Id say I can get about 25 feet of range on the Bluetooth from my Samsung. All in all its perfect for what I need. I felt a little guilty up front about spending over $100 on a speaker that I knew would get beat up,, but its a Bose so I knew the sound would be great, and considering the abuse Ive put it through, its saved me at least that in not having to buy replacements.

Does not sound as good as next model up. Also this unit does not come with a wall charger to power it up. Damn good thing I had a Bose Sound link unit that does have a charger.

Attaches well to my bike handlebar. Is also loud enough for a loud work environment such as a commercial kitchen.

This speaker is pretty loud! We live on the lake and I wanted this for the water resistance and quality of sound. This thing took a good swim tonight after our chairs got knocked down. Its still working like a champ! I wish it was louder but its really great quality for the price. It skips a little as I walk away from my phone but comparing it to the other 2 speakers we have that cost the same this is a great deal!
