> 3 dayIt connects to my phone pretty quick. Works with or without the Bose app. Definitely doesnt have the bass of the Bose mini. But, its not bad for a small unit.

> 3 dayThis is my second one (lost the first one). They are bullet proof. Had the last one for four years, used it in the worst possible conditions, dust, extreme heat, extreme cold , dropped it in the snow multiple times. Never had a single problem. Absolutely the best portable speaker out there.

It is a small item - it can fit into the palm of a hand but has given us probably the best sound out of the others and one that he regularly uses with his phone.
