Would like battery to last longer

This device battery failed to charge. The online product help from manufacturer states it is out of warranty, yet it is less than 11 months in my possession. This battery issue appears to be a frequent issue.

I was hoping to pair this up with my desktop computer. Pairing it with my computer was no problem; connecting was another matter. I was expecting a simple pair and synch operation similar to my car radio. However before I could connect my computer with the Bose Soundlink, I was instructed to go to the Google App Store to download the Bose Connect App. I was willing to do that but since my desktop is not an Android device, I kept getting the message You dont have any devices. I was actually able to disconnect the desktop speakers and connect to the Soundlink directly but that defeats the purpose of bluetooth and I certainly dont want to have to be doing that all the time. I tried calling Bose customer support but was put on hold and never got through to a live representative to assist me. Now after reading some of the one star reviews, I realize others have had this same problem and were not able to work around it. So after spending 2-3 hours trying to set up my Soundlink, Im returning it.

As a long-term customer I expected much from a Bose. But this little thing surpassed all my expectations. It fits in your palm, but it still has this full Bose sound quality like its larger brethren. I have used it to cover an open space living room of ca. 1000 sq ft without any problem. No rattle in the full bass, clear high tones, nothing at miss. The battery lasts a full day. This is just awesome.

Its the worst. Bose has sent me 5 replacements and the system updates dont work. Buy something else.

Does not work with Skype - I returned it, they should have told us
