Brighton: Training Days Book 2

Loved Brighton and Knoxs story! These two guys were perfect for one another! My only complaint is that it was too short! I would have loved another 100 pages of this one...sweet, fluffy quick read that was well worth the time!

I found myself absolutely charmed by Brighton and Knox. They were introduced briefly in the first book, however that can be read as a standalone read. Their story is quirky and adorable. Both characters are likable and fun to read. I was surprised as to how quickly it was over, but a nice one nonetheless. I am interested to read the next one.

So this book came to me as an arc, and I adored it, positively adored it. JD Light has yet to write a book that I do not love. In this book we have sassy Brighton who is a yoga instructor and probably what we would all think of as a twink. He used to be a dancer but he lost his passion for it and found his passion and yoga. He hates walking but loves yoga. He lives in the home that he grew up in until his evil Auntie takes it away. Down-on-his-luck with nowhere to go he has no options. Enter his powerbuilding friend Knox, who offers to let Brighton lives with him and all of his problems are basically solved. Now Knox is this huge powerbuilding Alpha with the hugest crush on Brighton and just humor him all the time. Because Brighton hates walking he literally piggybacks Brighton around everywhere. After beating around the bush a lot these to finally get together and it is awesome. I love this book it was cute. It was funny. It was sweet. It was fluffy. It was everything I need in a book after Ive had a long stressful day. If I could give it 37 Stars I would but Amazon only allows 5. Highly recommend.

I was a little wary stepping into this, because Brighton basically draps himself on Knoxs shoulders like a pet when they walk places. But it makes more sense when you realize Knox is a power lifter, and Brighton is a feather light yoga teacher. So, youve got your big/smol trope, a lot of banter. This is honestly super cute, and it really does sell me on more of the authors work. Its fun in a light way, like a prose manga.

Brighton and Knox are so fun and sweet! The yoga instructor and the power lifter amused me greatly in book 1 and their story totally lived up to my hopes! Both characters were a great combination of outgoing but also shy and were so sweet how they didnt think they were good enough for the other! Im loving this lighthearted, funny and sweet series! Sometimes its great to read a book that doesnt have a lot of angst and sadness. This is a great book when you want to smile and have a light heart after the last page! Sweet and fun friends to lovers story that will make you smile. I really enjoyed this short and interesting story about these two MCs. They were so caught up in how much they valued the friendship that they didnt think to explore how much more they could have. This is a low angst high on feel good story that picks up with MCs that we meet in book one of this series. Knox and Brighton find that they have lots to explore and i so enjoyed their journey. This is the second book in the series and it could be read as a stand-alone, however i would recommend reading it as part of the series. There are characters that you will meet in book one that are a part of book two and you will enjoy book one too. I was gifted this book from the LesCourt Author Services and i freely give my honest opinion and review.

These are really quick super fun, hilarious light reads. Brighton and Knox are a adorably awkward sweet couple cant wait for the next one!

Im loving this series so much! This was the perfect morsel of a story for a Saturday afternoon. I just loved Brighton and Knox together. They are the sweetest men who are just wrapped up in each other. Brighton is a comedy of errors that Knox finds adorable. He brings light and laughter everywhere he goes and Knox brings acceptance and security to Brighton. I cant wait for the next book in this series!

I really feel that I need a Knox of my own. These guys were hilarious. I also feel the need to invest in a treasure chest.

As fun as this book is Brighton has also spent most of his life being left behind, ostrasized and hurt. A very sexy friends to lovers romance. A great series.
